Don't trust these guys! They are crooks

just bought a car from these guys. all cash. they lied to me about the inspection and having nothing wrong with it. the very next day I took it to an actual dodge dealer to be told the transmission is slipping when it warms up to temp. the exhaust manifold bolts are sheered off and has a loud tick at cold start from the exhaust leak (7 hours of labor to fix and $1,000) conveniently they had it warmed up when i drove it so i wouldn't hear the tick. the brakes are warped and toast. but yet they told me they did a full inspection and everything was perfect and the brakes were new. I now have over $2,000 in repairs plus possibly a new transmission that needs to be done and they will not help with any of it. I do not recommend buying a car from them. don't trust their inspection. whoever did the inspection needs to be fired. Tim, Jason. and Jesse on the GMC side. stear clear people! I am posting this review on every social media you guys have until you fix this vehicle right! I gave you over $20,000 in cash! even as I was leaving and started it up after it sat awhile I asked what that tick was and Tim told me dont worry its a Hemi thing.....liar! you all knew you were selling me crap

good experience

I have purchased two Kia's from here within the last year and the experience is very good. No hassle, relaxed salespeople. We were even able to leave and come back the next day for one of the deals without the salesperson pressuring us to stay and buy it right then. I have worked with other dealerships for VW's and Hyundai's and this one is the best so far.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. REPEAT DONT BUY!!

I lost 6K dollars because they lied to me and told me my Lariat was in great condition, they hide the engine light from me. I tried to get a full refund and get the truck back but they washed their hands. Do not buy from them. Repeat do not buy from them and run, run as fast as you can.

Disappointed

I purchased my Kia after Thanksgiving of last year, and was told by the facilities main manager that the first payment would be ?taken care of?. Naturally, for all experienced car buyers, the first payment would be considered as the next month, and in this case, December 25th. To our surprise, I was billed for 12/25 and so I reached out to the same manager. He called me back the first time and explained that he had not ?documented? or written down that the payment would?ve been taken care of. He then mentioned that he would check with his accounting department and call me back. Days went by and I had to call him for an update, but all I got was a voicemail. It?s now March-still no call. At the end, you really are just numbers... Terrible experience. I would not recommend buying a Kia, or even any type of vehicle from this dealership.

Most helpful car buying experience EVER!!

I have never experienced such a great car buying experience EVER! There was no high pressure sales people and Stephene Ogden and Dan McCardale went above and beyond from making sure we got the exact car and color we wanted to taking almost over and hour to explain every technology feature with us so we could enjoy our car and all it can do more. I will come back and buy again just because of these two guys alone.
