    The sales person was good and thorough. Steve Stonehocker was his name. The finance guy Tom was pleasant. This vehicle was a 2013 Chev Truck. I bought a 2012 Lincoln MKX two years ago from them. They have a very good service department and they have taken care of all of my service needs in a timely fashion. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The retail prices seemed in line with other dealerships and they worked with me on the price.

    WAS GIVEN EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE SALES REP WAS NOT THE BEST. HE GOT ME THE CAR AND THEN HAD SOMEONE ELSE CLOSE THE DEAL FOR HIM AS HE HAD OTHER THINGS TO DO, NO ONE EVER WENT OVER WHAT FEATURES MY CAR HAD AND WHAT FEATURES IT DIDN'T HAVE. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING A VEHICLE ON MY OWN AND I FEEL I WAS KIND OF LEFT IN THE DARK ON A LOT OF THINGS. SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD LOOK INTO EVERYTHING AND GET ME PRICES ON THINGS AND THEN THEY WOULD GIVE ME A CALL. WELL, THEY NEVER CALLED ME AND IT HAS NOW BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS. NOBLE IS GREAT PLACE, BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT LOOKING AT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY ARE JUST NUMBERS.

    The sales lady I worked with was extremely pleasant, I was impressed of the low pressure attitude of the dealership, unlike some other dealerships. We visited on a Saturday and purchased a vehicle the same day. We live in Des Moines and it just so happened my wife had to take some medicine for a migraine headache and could not drive the vehicle that we drove up to Newton. I was going to have us drive up on a Monday and the sales manager said he had people going to Omaha and they would bring the purchased vehicle to Des Moines for us, I told my wife if we ever purchase another vehicle we are going to this dealership.

    Drove to Newton from Altoona to view City Express. Negotiated a deal and drove it home same day! Ordered all weather floor mats. Sales and service departments were both very accommodating. Likely to take the drive and check out the service department for scheduled maintenance (like to get it serviced where I buy it). Pleasant experience.

    Got a cash buy out number from Kelly Blue Book and they were one of the dealers to contact me and say they were ready to buy my vehicle. Took my vehicle to them and they never ask me any questions about the car and made an offer of $500 less than the KBB offer. I should have expected that when a Ford giy was giving me a number on a Jeep. And this was after I pointed out all the add-ons that KBB didn't consider in their offer. Waste of time going to these guys.

    I tried to purchase a vehicle with trade and was shot 3500 below THEIR on line appraisal. When I argued the fact no counter offer was made. They insinuated the offer was low because the vehicle I was buying was discounted. My trade is worth the year,miles and condition not your loss in sales. Don't ware your time driving to Newton. You can get the same treatment locally...

    My salesperson was friendly and helpful! If it wasn't for her I would have a vehicle. The finance management didn't seem like they wanted to help me. The process took weeks. The finance team needs to be more willing to work with people regardless of their credit because there are other ways around certain things and present people with options. After all was said and done very happy with my purchase.
