Red carpet treatment!

Red carpet treatment! This dealership will always amaze me. I purchase my first Mercedes at another dealer, and the experience was okay. However, Mercedes of Pembroke Pines treat their customer and clients like no other. I’m very happy and pleased from my experience here. And will continue purchasing my cars from here and servicing my vehicle here. The red carpet service from Moises and the manager Miguel was awesome. Thank you!

Buying experience was average at best!

Buying experience was average at best! Bought a used car, sales process went really smooth. Sales guy was caring and nice to work with, but he over promised and under delivered. Delivery time was a failure - received the car late at night not during the day to be able to see the car under daylight, not as promised. Car was delivered dirty - Detailing done by dealer was poor, besides detailer lost some small rubber pieces. Dealer kept the car to replace tires, but they only replaced 2 tires when the car needed all 4 (Discount Tire checked tires and confirmed that 2 fronts were brand new, but 2 rears were under legal limit of 4/32") Paperwork for the car was sent late.

Yes - they do a reasonably good job.

Yes - they do a reasonably good job. I would prefer if they could provide a rental, but you have to book days ahead. Compared to Audi (who are more proactive in providing transportation), Mercedes is below average.

The service manager has instructed that all service reps steal from customers by adding things to the bill you do not need. Please look at the pictures ON GOOGLE REVIEWS to identify the fraud and check your service records to make sure they are not stealing from you! I will be posting this on every maroone car dealership review I can find and allotting 1hr everyday to try and bring as much awareness to the problem. The service rep in this case was Stephen Douglas.

Tried to reach your manager to prove the theft and he has been unavailable for about a week. I will now go to starbucks and buy coffee for mercedes owners who leave a review in front of me and explain to them how they are being robbed.
