My service Advisor has been for over Stephen Douglas for over 5 years. I'm extremely satisfy with his service: he is a good listener, he always returns calls or txt, he explains what's necessary to clarify with precision and to the point. He seems very knowledgable of cars, parts, functioning, and process in the service area. He is honest, kind and professional. I would not change my service advisory for anybody else. He is a jewel. My husband also is extremely pleased with his service. Thank you for having such an outstanding employee!!!

Service center associate Yasmany lacks customer service.
Service center associate Yasmany lacks customer service. I started with Yasmany and a different guy sent a text to pick up my car. I called to get transportation to pick up my car and was told that the service advisor and the service manager is busy.The receptionist said there was no one to provide a link for an Uber. I recommend going elsewhere for vehicle service, not Mercedes Pembroke Pines.

I came to purchase my vehicle on from another city and
I came to purchase my vehicle on from another city and they had everything ready for me upon arrival. this was my first time purchasing a car on my own, and everyone was very helpful and accommodating- both the sales associate who helped me and the advisor. My only discrepancy is that they didn’t have a big bow to put on the car after it was purchased haha!
