Rude and inconsiderate staff. Victor, one of their Service Advisors was professional and helpful as we were waiting for our 2024 Mercedes to complete the service process. However, their staff members handing loaner vehicles were very inconsiderate toward my wife and left us with a bad impression of the Auto Nation and Mercedes brand. Additionally, they added an expensive paint protection package on the purchase of my wife's vehicle without her consent.

I am very pleased and grateful with the help received on the purchase of my car. It was the most profesional and kind attention. The salesman Adrian Diaz, the Manager Rene and the finance manager Carlos Alejandro worked with me very hard to get the final approval and satisfaction. God bless this place !!!

They sold my high school student a car that lasted less than 100 miles. Local Mercedes dealership states it cannot be fixed and is worthless. Their manager Rene Celerio cannot be bothered to call back, i left a few messages and it’s been over two weeks. Once they have your money they are done with you.
