On Tuesday November 5th, my wife and I went to Germain Honda Dealer at Dublin. We went with the intention of looking at a new SUV. We were only going to look, but when we arrived at the dealer, we decided to purchase one thanks to the sensational assistance of Chris Glover. Upon our arrival, Mr. Glover assisted us immediately and made sure we looked at the cars freely and answered all our questions. We never felt like Mr. Glover was pressuring us into purchasing a car, something that everyone, I’m certain, appreciates. Finally, he made the process go smoothly.

On Tuesday November 5th, my wife and I went to Germain Honda Dealer at Dublin. We went with the intention of looking at a new SUV. Working with Christopher Grover was the easier and smoothest process. I totaled my CRV and struggled with deciding on my next vehicle. I knew I wanted another CRV or possibly a pilot, but took 6 months to finally pull the trigger. Chris worked with me the whole time! Never pressured me and let me come to him. Buying process was super easy and so far, I am loving my decision on my new elite Pilot!

I bought a new 2023 CRV LEMON here and I've been dealing with corporate for over a year. I now have to find legal representation. This is the most regretful purchase I've ever made in my life. The customer service here is a nightmare. If you want a quality car and good customer service, do not shop here. Buying a new car should be an easy and enjoyable experience, but you will not receive that at Germain Honda - Dublin. My car was in the shop for over 60 days and they forgot to call and tell me it was ready. When I picked it up I learned that no repairs had been made and the issue continued. Pretty much the worst thing you can experience after buying a new car.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! This company is as morally bankrupt as they come, and will do nothing but lie, cheat, and steal from you. Thanks to the CRFA I now know I can leave this review without facing legal repercussions. You read that right. Germain made me sign a non-disparagement after they messed up. I needed the issue fixed quickly at the time, so I didn't research well enough to know this was completely illegal. Short story is that this company sold me a used car that they would not provide service/inspection results for. They gave me the "sold as is" spiel, forgetting that I purchased the extended warranty. When a part covered by the warranty needed fixed, they refused to do so. After lots of frustrating back and for, horrible communication on every single person at this dealership's part, and seeking advice from AG Yost, I finally got Germain to refund the car and cost of my trade-in, but ONLY if I signed their "non-disparagement" agreement. Jokes on you, Germain (looking at you, Rich Newsome). Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. How this place manages to remain in business with so many shady practices going on baffles me. And if you do get scammed by them, seek legal assistance. Trust me, you're not the first or the last that they'll screw over. Want to come at me, Germain? Bring it. I've already got my attorney set to do battle with y'all if need be. Maybe I'll actually win some money for all the frustration, danger, and financial strain you put me in.

Mo was assigned as my salesperson. He was very helpful with my purchase. Mo was thorough, professional and went out of his way to answer all my questions. He took his time demonstrating all the options and features on my vehicle making sure I was familiar with operation. In addition to being a good salesperson, Mo is a very nice person and a pleasure to work with.
