Germain Honda of Dublin

The car was what I wanted at the right price so it essentially sold itself. Isaiah was pleasant and fairly easy to work with. He didn't read my queues at times and tried to oversell occasionally. However, we worked through the process and I am happy with the car. I have never worked with Germain before so time will tell as to how strongly I will recommend them to others. At this point I have had a good experience working with Isaiah and Germain Honda.

I came into Germain hopeful to trade in my 2012 Honda Crosstour that I also bought from Germain Honda in 2012. I understood that everything wasn't in my favor as far as the trade goes. My dealer, Nishi Patel came in on a day off to help me with a car I was dying to have. He stayed for hours and worked diligiently until a deal was made. Nishi was extremely knowledgeable in my options. You could tell that they were all about customer satisfaction. The fact that I had bought before from them was huge as well, they didn't want to lose me as a customer and they did everything possible to assure they didn't. I could not be more happy as I walked out with the car of my dreams and Nishi Patel helped it all become possible. Our finance guy John was awesome as well. Overall a great group of trust worthy people at Germain Honda of Dublin.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience with Germain Honda, Dublin. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. And especially I would like to give a high praise to Saqib Naeem, I believe he was extremely genuine and a true professional and also he was so patient when it comes to answer my queries and assisted in all paper work.Finally I would say he became my best buddy and also I would definitely recommend ’Saqib’ if anyone has plans to buy a vehicle.

I was amazed at how patient Saqib was with me and my spouse. He never pressured us into anything, and instead made sure that we understood what was going on throughout the entire process. I will be back soon to get another car from Saqib! It was refreshing to be treated like a customer should be treated!

This was my first time buying a car, and I was pretty nervous after visiting other dealerships where I felt pushed to buy cars I wasn't ready to commit to. I filled out the Germain credit application online and was contacted by the Internet Sales Manager, Jessica Kincaid. She was so welcoming and worked with me for about a week over the phone and via text. When we found a used car that appeared to fit my needs, she referred me to Josh Wiswell and we made an appointment to stop by. Josh was so nice and low-pressure. He spent the entire afternoon with us and showed us several cars that were within my price range. I never felt pushed to exceed my budget and he worked with me to fit the exact car I wanted into a package I could afford. Overall, I had a really great experience and will certainly plan on going back for my next car.

I bought my very first car at Germain Honda, working with Gordon, and it was an incredible and informative experience. I felt comfortable asking questions and truly received a great understanding of all that goes into the leasing process. He was patient and had great knowledge. I walked away very pleased, with a 2017 Honda Civic to call my own! Highly recommend Germain Honda and Gordon!

Our experience was very comfortable and pressure-free. We were trading in a car with negative equity and were able to secure a used Pilot in our price range with a monthly payment that met our goal. Tom was helpful in answering all of our questions and did a fantastic job coordinating our requests in just a few short days (exterior detailed, roof rails added). The service department ran efficiently and communicated well in getting these things done.

I needed a car after my old one broke down for good and had searched around online for a while before hitting lots. I came in and spoke with Will who showed me several civics. I was able to get the low miles one I wanted but wasn't sure id be able to afford! All around great experience. Thanks again

We were buying our first used car in quite some time, buying a used car for my 16 year old son. We knew exactly what we wanted and couldn't find it anywhere (2013 Honda Civic LX), but Germain had over 30 in stock. Woody met us on the lot and walked us through their stock and we ended up finding one that was a great selection for us. They touched up the car after the purchase and even held the car on their lot for a few weeks as the car was a Christmas gift. Since we were from out of town (Dayton area), I was fearful that when we picked up the car a couple of days before Christmas that there might be something left undone and we would either have to wait on it, come back or just let the issue go. However, Woody and the Germain staff had the car in perfect condition, touched up, waxed, oil changed, new battery and ready to go when we showed up to pick it up. The whole purchase process from beginning to end was two to three hours from the time we got to the lot until we were headed home with the car purchased. On the day of pick up, it went very smooth. The pick up process was probably no more than 10 minutes.
