Great experience, honest help.
My husband and I had a great experience at Germain Honda. We were greeted and helped with as soon as we walked in the door. We were able to talk freely about what our desires and needs were for a new car. Isaiah was super helpful and did not pressure us at all. He was super helpful and very honest with our questions. We will definitely be coming back here some day for another deal.

The search is over
From a text late Sunday evening, they remained in constant contact following up with all details and we had a signed deal on a car by Monday at 6pm and we are from Toledo. Kris was amazing and easy to work with. Long as all goes well we pick up our 2008 Honda Element.

Excellent experience

CHRIS GLOVER and the Germain team are the BEST!!
We recently purchased our 5th personal car from Chris Glover and Germain Honda and have referred many friends and family who also purchased cars from Chris. There's not much else to say other than Chris is simply the best - he is honest, responsive and really good at understanding your need/want and presenting options. He really takes care throughout the entire shopping and buying process. And Chris resembles Vince Vaughn - good, bad or indifferent :-). The rest of the team at Germain is fabulous too - new car delivery, finance and servicing/repair. Everyone is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer, they will get it. I am certain we will go see Chris as soon as we need the next car, or encounter someone else looking for one.

We inquired about a car over the internet and received a prompt response. When we arrived to check it out, the vehicle had already been pulled around and ready for us to test. Chevy Cruze
Went in to test drive a Honda Civic. Didn't like the room it had. Isiah was very helpful and had us test drive the Cruze. There was plenty of room and in our price range. Michelle was also very helpful with the financing. I would recommend this dealership to others.
