My situation was a little complicated because I was a recent graduate from college and had no credit score yet. I had just moved in into Ohio from Puerto Rico and needed a car. The salesman Tim King put a lot of work into it so that I could have a brand new car financed and with the best deal possible. I got a great deal and the process was fast!

Based on all my research, I got a fair price without the need to negotiate or work through all the tricks that other dealers and salesman can play. I was especially happy with the checkout service where a Honda representative reviewed the numerous features of the car in detail with me before I left. I will be back again in a few years!

We recently bought a used Honda Pilot at Germain Honda of Dublin and are very happy with our experience there. Our sales associate Rob Hamilton was knowledgeable and efficient. We were considering several vehicles and he quickly retrieved the information for each so we could make an informed decision. He was friendly and helpful throughout the process without being pushy, and we never felt pressured to make a decision before we were ready. We also worked with Jack Lee to set up financing. Jack also did a great job explaining our options without making us feel pressured. In all, a very pleasant buying experience. We will certainly visit Germain again when it's time for another vehicle .

I had been in an accident that wasn't my fault and my car was totaled, so when I went to Germain I wasn't thrilled to be there. But Winslow and Germain Honda of Dublin were FANTASTIC! They made the process so pleasurable and I felt they really wanted me to be pleased. Winslow was great with my kids and made them feel like they were part of things. I love my new car. Soon I will be in the market again for a car for my daughter and I plan to go to Germain to look up my new friend Winslow!
