Bought a new 2006 Lexus from this location and had a great experience!! Returned in 2019 to get a new upgrade. Went to this store just to test drive and... se how we liked the car. The test drive with the rookie salesman went ok. Returned back after our test drive and met the salesman we were actually supposed to be with and he asked how our test went. We said "good just out for a test drive". Sales manager got quite miffed and said " people don't test drive our cars and not go home with it the same day". Was made that we weren't there to buy that day!! Both salesman presented no business cards. Did not care to ask us to return to buy. We received no follow up call to see if we were still interested at all in buying. Went to Lexus of Sacramento several weeks later and made a deal on a Lexus es300h. Nice car. Very comfortable. The dealers did not mention that there is a big issue with the 10 speaker sound system. The sound only comes from the front dash area!!! No surround sound. No rear speakers!! No great Lexus sound experience as sold. They know about this issue and no fix to date. Buyer beware. My fourth Toyota/Lexus product. Worst experience on this last one. What's up Lexus??? Service and quality is falling apart. Sincerely
From start to finish, this has been without doubt the best buying experience we have had to date. So professional, not at all pushy. Really the best experience... we could have hoped for. We left there with our new car in shock that everything went so seamlessly and smoothly. Thanks so much to everyone involved.
When I bought my car at the end of Oct 2017, part of the sales deal was that I would get my first 3 services for free. I asked for it in writing and Dominic... Lao, the sales guy said , no no no, don’t worry! It’s on your account trust me! I said are you sure? I don’t need anything? He said no! I get their yesterday 6/29/19 for my 3rd service and they say my bill is almost $300 for 15,000 mile service! I said, this one is my 3rd free service right? The service adviser Ashley says no...? I told her the story and she said sorry, there is nothing on your account, you’ll have to talk to the sales manager ( Jim or Jay) at 830. I said ok, and waited until 830. Ashley comes out a few min after 830 and says oh, he’s not here yet, I can have him call you at 9. I said ok. Left Lexus and 9:45 rolls around and still no call. I called him and had to make the receptionist on the phone page him because she continued to tell me he wasn’t at his desk and wanted me to leave him a VM. I talked to jim or jay and explained to him what happen and he said, oh we don’t do that... our sales guys can’t make that call and we don’t ever offer prepaid service. I continued to explain to him the conversation we had and he said “ I’m not playing this he said, she said game. I need to talk to your sales guy Dominic. He’ll call you back.” At this point, im very irritated that a manager can’t make a decision and make the customer happy. The sales guy called me back and said he would never say something like that, but don’t worry, I’ll get it taken care of and call you back. I get a call from Ashley from the service dept. and says my car is ready so I asked her what the deal was with my bill. She said “oh they didn’t call you? Last I heard, there is no discount and you will pay the entire price. I’ll have them call you back.” Dominic calls me back again and basically said sorry, too bad. Everything we have is in writing and I didn’t write that anywhere. I went off on him and told him that he’s a sleezy sales guy and told him he’s a liar and that was the end of it. I had to pay the whole bill when I got there. And now actively looking for a different car from another manufacture. I have told my entire family about what happen as well as friends. A few were in the market and 1 was about to purchase a higher end Lexus but now decided on another manufacture as well. I will never give them my money ever again! If you are reading this, if you want terrible service and an experience where you are clearly taken advantage of and takes down to, please visit Lexus of Roseville. If you want to be respected and valued as a customer visit anywhere else.
Sean and his team made this whole experience amazing. From the start, they were very accommodating, patient, and super knowledgeable on all cars on their... lot. Sean helped me narrow down the right car for me and I absolutely love it!! The whole dealership was friendly and gave great service. Thank you so much!!
First of all I should of read Yelp reviews before taking my 430 SC in as I am now seeing a lot of one star reviews and for the same reason I am leaving... a review, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are the rudest group of employees and big bullies. Ryan Triebess, Matt and Mike Carlson are so full of themselves, over talk what you are trying to talk, and do not listen to your concerns. Then over charge you by hundreds of dollars and instead of working with you they said 'well only way to make this right is to bring you car back in and we will remove all the new parts we put on and put your old parts back on'. So they would rather spend hours of labor for this work instead of offering a refund of $200 (I paid $1230). Unless you want to get into an argument and over pay for services go to another repair shop.
Mike Carlson is very trustworthy and honest. Lexus does superb work. I would not take my car anywhere else. I will definitely buy another Lexus because... the service department is so fantastic.
Walking by Lexus dealer and saw 2010 RX350 for sale. Boris Velikov answered all my questions and took me on a test drive. He was very helpful and I was... able to purchase the vehicle. Everyone at Lexus of Roseville were very helpful. Easy transaction.
Joe is an awesome salesman and resource I didn't even come in necessarily wanting to buy a Lexus but I was impressed with his service and knowledge and... it put me at ease - I would definitely buy another car from Joe and recommend him to all my friends Ali Alikhan
Bought my LS 460L in 2007. Tires quickly indicated the need of alignment. Lex/Roseville charged me for alignment but tires were shot 3K miles later.... Roseville Precision Alignment corrected the probelm because ever since car drives like a dream. Took LS in for headlight alignment, Lex/Roseville did such a bad job I've taken the Dincan's Automotive ever since. Complaints to Lex/Roseville get no response.
