    I had a fantastic experience looking for and buying a vehicle at this dealership. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful without being pushy, and the facility was amazing - customer waiting area, snacks, drinks, TV, etc. When I decided to buy, the process was much more pleasant than I remember from past experience (had never bought a Lexus or luxury brand before).

    Drove out to Hennessy Lexus to look at a car we were interested in purchasing. We were taken to the car and we really liked it, but the back door lock was broken and you couldn't open the door from the outside of the automobile. You had to climb inside the car and open it from the inside. We were told by the sales person that he would check and see if the dealership would repair the door for us so that we could make the purchase and that he would call us back the following day. He did call back and we were told that his manager told him the vehicle will be sold with the broken door. We weren't even given the price it would take to repair the door and that is very disappointing because we might have been able to pay for the repair and still make the purchase. We feel that were were not treated fairly and that Hennessy owes us an apology and some sort of restitution for our time and money spent at their business. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone and truly feel that they cannot be trusted in their dealings.

    They really help me out and took good care of me while I was there and they also help me with buying a car in the future and from the salesman to the lady in charge I was really impressed with the customer interactions and if you ever visit see Eddie or anybody there because they made me feel very comfortable and welcome

    I went into the dealership to make a cash purchase. My salesman Tom Campbell was made aware of this and the amount that I was looking to spend. He immediately gave me his card and told me that I should probably check across the street at the Honda dealership to find something in my price range. This happened before I even sat down at his desk. All of this without him even checking the inventory to see if they had something for the amount that I wanted to spend. Then he says "I'm not trying to be rude or anything I just don't want to waste your time." I felt as though he didn't want to waste his own time. I took a seat and we talked a little more, finally he checked and there was a vehicle in the price range that I wanted to pay. Which I already knew because I looked at the vehicle online before going to the dealership. This man was not personable at all and the entire time I just felt like I was just a bother to him. I've purchased many vehicles over the years and even during this time I visited other dealerships and everyone was always very courteous. The dealership overall was nice and other people were friendly I just don't recommend using Tom as your salesman. I've been a banking professional for 10 years and whether our clients have $60 or six million dollars we treat them with respect and a high quality of customer service. Unfortunately my customer service experience was by far one of the worst that I've ever experienced.

    We are quite pleased with our purchase and our dealings with Arthur Pigford, the primary sales representative with whom we worked, and with Jonathan Langford, who assisted us at one point, also. Both of these men are consummate professionals, knowledgeable of their products, and honest and straightforward in providing information and answering our questions. I definitely would recommend these men, and the Hennessy dealership, to anyone seeking to purchase a Lexus vehicle.

    I had the pleasure of working with David Kim. David is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and has a wonderful personality. I wasn't immediately able to decide on the vehicle that I wanted and changed my mind several times. David, probably one of the most patient people I have ever met, worked calmly with me until we could come up with a plan together. Through strategic planning and David's expertise, my buying experience was a breeze. On the day that I decided to purchase, I was in and out within 1.5 hours! I settled on the Caviar 2016 RX 350 FSport. David set up everything in my truck and even volunteered to drive all the way to my home to program my garage to the truck if I needed. Now that's great customer service! I am typically a hard person to please and am very sensitive to people's spirits. I felt that, as soon as I met him, David would be the person to get me in my dream vehicle. David deserves infinity stars for outstanding service and a huge promotion as well!! Additionally, David did not once try to pressure me or suggest that I buy something I did not want or need. He listened to me and worked only to get me what I wanted and nothing more!
