After a slight communications problem this turned out to

After a slight communications problem this turned out to be the best experience that I've ever had in buying a vehicle. I got what I believe to be a great deal on a Hyundai Santa Cruz. Chris Downing, Richard Bryan and Harby de los Santos really took care of me with courtesy and efficiency along with no high pressure tactics. The deal was made completely on the phone and when I got to the dealership everything was exactly as stated on the phone. I arrived at Ellis Hyundai at 12:00 and by 1:30 I was driving my new truck home. I could not have asked for a better experience and I would certainly recommend this dealership for anyone that's in the market for a Hyundai.

Unresponsive after they sell you a vehicle.

Unresponsive after they sell you a vehicle. Online, with pre-qualification, you get 0% APR. When you arrive there, Hyundai Finance (Harby Santos) team has other tactics: to decrease your credit score based on a number which does not match the real Equifax or TransUnion records, and make it way higher APR. They don't print out paperwork with a proof that the car is actually yours. DMV also is still NOT notified that the VIN number is connected with your Georgia ID, which can result in problems for me in the future. They don't reply to emails responsively and Nobody picks up the phone, apart from the secretary, it is always reaching voicemail of employees.

We were on the fence about which manufacturer we were

We were on the fence about which manufacturer we were going with prior to visiting. Looking at older, luxury 3 row vehicles- we had to do our due diligence and make sure we were making the best decision for our family! Chris was so helpful showing us a Palisade! Explaining the difference in trims! Not expecting it to tick every box for safety and function for our family- it did! Chris did a phenomenal job explaining the warranties and difference in trim- and I know we wouldn’t have ended up with a Hyundai if it wasn’t for him! Car shopping with two kids isn’t ideal- and Chris and the team at Jim Ellis Hyundai made it so easy! We’re so excited about our new family vehicle!

Probably the best car buying experience I’ve had.

Probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. The salesperson (Amish Cline) was great! He explained every detail about the features of the car, but not in a pushy way at all. The finance guy (Kirby) was also easy to deal with. This makes our second car from them, and I’m sure we will be back again.
