2016 CRV servicing

We had to bring in our 2016 Honda CRV because dashboard check engine light and others had lit up. I was able to get a timely appointment that fit my schedule. While I was there I noticed that all precautions were being made for covid. When my car was diagnosed I was notified that a part was ordered fhat would be in the following day. I was given the choice of leaving it overnight or take it home. I am very impressed by Stockton Honda.

Great Buy, Stockton Honda Rafael

I came in to do my oil change and wheel alignment on my leased car. After walking in and talking with the salesman Rafael, I decided to upgrade to the new 2021 Accord. I love my car and it was an easy process with my guy. Rafa.

Car service

I was very pleased with the speed of the service. I had requested service to be completed by noon due to an appointment I had scheduled later in the day. The car was ready by 9:30 am. Very much appreciated.

First Scheduled Maintenance On My New Honda Passpo

Called for an appointment. Service Dept said to come on in, did so, got right in, and all the work was basically done while I waited. Paid a little more than I might have at a Jiffy Lube, etc, but sleep better knowing Honda has an incentive to keep their long term customers happy.

Service Repair to a Honda

It is a pleasure to deal with Honda (Sales and Service). I called, stated my car problem, was immediately given an explanation of what they would do and an estimate of the cost. I was sent a reminder (both email and text) to the time of appointment. Had to have my vehicle towed to the dealership where it was left for repair. The service agent explained what was to be done, told they would contact me when the service was done and the cost. Later that day the service agent called and I went to pick up the vehicle. The cost was less than the estimate. They were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend them for any service needs. This is not the first time I have taken my vehicle for service and each and every time the Honda service has been exceptional.
