    an offer on a car only to fine the dealer salesman forgot to check if the car was still available. We were assured it was, but that someone was signing an agreement at exactly the moment we placed our cc information. It sounded like a buyer in the wings. Very disappointing experience.

    partment acting like I was inconveniencing them since they were so backed up. Weird set up here off Route 9 with a tiny dealership and an irregularly set up service department with 3 short bays. Service Manager addressed my need for recalibration and said it was not an easy fix and to make an appointment a week or so out? Outrageous and sent me on my way with a hand shake and smile. I've been treated better at a Honda dealership and was shocked that a so called BMW dealership would treat its customers this way. Never again will I try this place out for service or even sales if this is how they treat one of their own!
