Worst customer service.
Worst customer service. Bought my GLS 450 from them Kept on calling sale person regarding details issues but not answer for a month. Finally got in touch with the manager still the issue is not resolved. Left the car with them for 10 days. I would not recommend them to anyone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your money with Mercedes Benz of North Haven. Not worth the headache.

I brought my recently purchased car to the service center for a safety inspection. They found one issue and fixed it promptly. Overall service and communication were excellent. I will return in the future.

Purchased a used vehicle with a warranty from this
Purchased a used vehicle with a warranty from this dealership less than a year ago, only to discover—when registering it in another state—that the undercarriage and gas tank holder were completely rusted out. The inspection revealed the car was unsafe to drive or sell. The dealership has not responded to rectify this serious safety issue, demonstrating poor customer service and a clear misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition for profit. I will be reporting this to Consumer Protection authorities. Buyers should be extremely cautious—this dealership appears to prioritize commissions over honesty and safety

I bought a used Land Rover from your team (PJ and Sales Mgr Elana , who wrote and sold me the warranty), and less than one year later, it is found to be unsafe to drive from structural rust. Mind you, the car was garage kept for the winter. I went to get it inspected for MD tags and the inspector tells me the bottom of my car is rusted out - severely rusted and unsafe. How did you sell me an unsafe rusted bottom car? I understand it was used, however, are you not guided by rules that govern misrepresentation of status? Are you supposed to be a reputable dealer that has serviced serval of my MB vehicles for YEARS? Who failed on performing a thorough inspection? Less than a year later and the gas tank brace and wheel sockets are rusted???! If that’s the case then I would have gone to a fly by night dealer and not MB of North Haven. I am hoping for a resolution and your dealership is not responsive. I have to call, and write and they don’t acknowledge without me pushing in. Disappointing for a luxury brand dealership. I have photos.

John went through cars and cars, took us to test them, and helped us until We found the one we wanted! Super happy overall. Hopefully the car behaves!! Jessica was another member that was great. I just picked up my new wagon on Tuesday.
I just picked up my new wagon on Tuesday. My salesperson was John McNeil who took over my account from Peter, who retired. John did a great job of knowing what Peter and I had talked about regarding my new car and the car that I was returning. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I had questions he followed through in getting the answers. He went above and beyond when he delivered the WeatherTek mat I had left in my old car to my house! I would also like to acknowledge Jessica who handled the finance paperwork. She was very helpful and knew her stuff. Kai was very good in showing me the new features in the car and answering my questions. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from MBofNH.
