    Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealer is the most courteous and helpful dealer I have ever purchased my vehicles through. Everyone I met while in the visiting and purchasing process was very friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs and desires. Especially Shawn Travis, Fabio Reyes and Jim O'Neill. They tried their best to get me the best deal, not only on my purchase, but on my trade-in as well. They were very helpful and gracious. Shawn Travis took the time to show me different vehicles that fit my desires and needs and explain all the amenities of my vehicle and how to locate information for things I did not understand. Fabio Reyes was very helpful on my trade-in and directing me to the website to check out what I was purchasing. Jim O'neill was very helpful in the finance department and advising me on additional purchases to protect my investment. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know or will every meet. The other staff members were helpful as well and very attentive to our needs. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

    messaged them because of their good prices.., an answering service? (no knowledge of anything) called me back, I made it clear I was ready to buy if I could get that posted price. I live about 100 miles away, but they have great prices, so I wanted to be sure the price was firm before I travelled to them. They didn't call me back until 10 days later, and by then I already bought the same make/model at another dealership. Price was 3K higher, but I got my car. They missed out, and I missed out on a good price.

    I was out of town in Brandon. My dodge ram developed "the death wobble" in the steering. I took it to these guys, waited 45 minutes for help at the service desk & explained the problem. I left the truck. Three days later they called saying the needed to replace the entire steering assembly, everything at the mere cost of $5,500. Obviously the mechanic couldn't diagnose the cause of the problem so he thought he would play it safe & replace EVERYTHING. I drove the truck home the 600 plus miles not exceeding 65 mph ( very hard thing for me to do) and took the truck to my local, trusted mechanics. The repair & fix cost me $1300. $4200 less. These guys are real pro's. I think their motto is CYA. May be expensive to consumer but you don't really need to be a mechanic, just a fitter. They also wanted me to pay them for the diagnosis. I refused as I had never agreed to pay that & it was never mentioned

    I have bought a few cars in my life the easiest deal i have done is with Chris aat Courtesy Dodge. Chris and Matt understood i just needed the best deal possible and they got straight to it. Yest it took about 3 hours to get out of there but thats because i could not make up my mind on what car I wanted, lol. Thanks guys!
