The business took 3 weeks to finish my service eventhough the technician David Jankovich commited to finish in a week, he didn't reply my calls and messages, no communication until the 3rd week's Monday when I called their receptionist. When service completed on that Friday, David confirm to send a driver to pick me up but no show and no call on that day. On Saturday morney when I got to the shop, I paid my bill and ready to go home with my pickup which they confired service done, yet to find out a big cable right underneath dashboard is still disconnected. I would still think all other issues above in my complaint are just bad business manner but sending a car after service done with cable disconnedted is a safety concern.

Horrible experience. Came in for a "free" recall and somehow after they botched the recall with the wrong software upgrade so then I had to bring it back in and I had to pay $475 to get the car back to working condition. Will never go here again. Talked to a guy I volunteer with who works at Chrysler and he was like "Yeah they are not a good dealership, you should go to Golling a few miles down the road instead. They know what they are doing."

Dealer response

Mike, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. This isn’t the level of service we strive for, and we appreciate your feedback. We are committed to improving and hope to regain your trust in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sincerely, Al Laity, Service Director, alaity@rochestercj.com

Bad experience from the start. They did warranty work for me. When I picked up my car (3 weeks ago), I noticed a rattling noise coming from behind the dashboard. Called and left a message (2 weeks ago) and still haven't heard back from anyone. Now I have two rattling noises coming from the dash. Will be calling the service manager today. Slightly annoyed.

Have to say my experience at RHCJ was wonderful. My salesperson, Mike Bart, was great. Very helpful. Unfortunately, when my Jeep Grand Cherokee had a little over 6,000 miles on it, I was sideswiped & the car had to go into the body shop. Well, Traylene happened to be assigned to my account. She could not have been nicer. She kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs & stayed on top of things the entire time the car was in for repairs. Can’t say enough about the very positive experiences I’ve had with this dealership.

Advertising a Ram TRX at MSRP. Repeated emails and texts revealed that they actually want $5k over sticker. Most dealers are pretty straightforward about price gouging these days, so I was pretty surprised by the low rent bait and switch on price. Then went to another dealer who seems happy to order and charge the actual MSRP. The markup on the TRX that is loaded is already about $7k, so these folks really wanted a $12k profit but we’re trying not to advertise the greed.

Everytime I buy or bring a car to RHCD, I get screwed, since 2009. Bought a used 2015 van. Almost had an accident because they did NOT tell me the brakes and tires were shot. Gave me $2K trade in and a $10K valued van. Got top of the line warranty, covers nothing without pre approval. Stupid. Will not go there again, unless forced to!

Charge me 6 quarts of oil for my mini van it use only 5 quarts. They overcharged and cheated me. Also, they did not honor my coupon and did my wash my mini van. They never return my complaint. Rochester Hills Chrysler is not a respectable honest company.

I was in search of a car for my 16 y/o. I’ve been searching high and low from Grand Blancto Detroit. Visited dealership after dealership only to walk out feeling defeated. After passing Huntington Ford many times, I stopped one Sunday to see what they had on the lot. I saw a car that I knew my son would love. It looked nice inside and out. I called on Monday to get more information, and I got Greg. Greg was the best. He did not pressure me to come drive the car or force it down my throat so he could get a sale. He was patient and answered the million questions I had. Needless to say, I bought the car not only because I loved it(I loved the other cars at the other dealerships too), but because I received exceptional service.
