    Charge me 6 quarts of oil for my mini van it use only 5 quarts. They overcharged and cheated me. Also, they did not honor my coupon and did my wash my... mini van. They never return my complaint. Rochester Hills Chrysler is not a respectable honest company.

    I was looking for a used newer RAM Laramie Longhorn, contacted dealership three times via cars.Com and no one ever called me back? Received an auto email... response that I would be contacted, but never heard anything from them. Gave up and purchased a vehicle in Pennsylvania!

    Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep values and appreciates their customers! I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about... to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Both gentlemen worked their magic and not only found me a Renegade with all of my non-negotiables but one with many additional upgrades. They honored the price the other dealer and I had agreed upon even though this new car had all the bells and whistles and cost more. They made it happen! They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus’s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, “So, today’s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I ‘m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?” with a huge smile on his face. Gus’s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. If you are in the market for a Chrysler or Jeep - Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep is the place to go! Just ask for Aaron Carter or Gus Abdal. These two gentlemen will listen to you and find you exactly what you want!

    My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that... I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I have not purchased from them, as I am still searching for the right car, but would recommend them in a heartbeat.

    Took my 2015 Dodge Dart in a couple days after having an oil change done at an oil change place with a check engine light on. The quickly diagnosed and... accused the place I had my oil change done of putting in the wrong oil. They then charged me 79.00 to change my oil with what they called the correct chrysler approved oil and sent me on my way. I wasn't 10 miles down the road and my check engine light came back on. After them bad mouthing the place that did the oil change first then FIXING their screw up sure didn't last long. I will tell everyone I know NOT to go to this dealer !!

    Tonight was another great experience!!! Last December we leased a new truck and tonight my wife and I purchased a new Town & Country. Over the last 30... years we have purchased/leased many vehicles from quite a few dealerships and by far my experience at this dealership has been nothing less than outstanding and stands above the rest. We have and will continue to refer anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge and ask for Dave Scott (best and most honest car salesman I have ever done business with).

    I call john Silly on the phone and wanted to lean about 2 veicles I was concidering. He was extremely knowledgable and very good at at his profression.... What I liked most is he offered NO "pressure" to make me buy now! He did not turn me over to the F&I guy A.K.A. "The Closer" at most dealers. John gave me a payment that exceeded my expectations, and I did choose to buy the tire and the whel warranty, because he really made it understandable with the benefits. He has will get referals from my company. Thanks John Sillysavage!

    This dealership uses untraditional Chrysler financing which results in either having to pay a lease disposal fee or having them pretend to waive it by... rolling it into your next lease price. Extremely unethical.

    i went to Rochester Hills for service and that was a great experience. As I enteres the showroom I was greeted by John Sillysavage. I told his I was just... looking, I am in for service, John said, "NO PROBLEM, IT'S FREE TO LOOK"! He offered me a bottled water, in which I remembering i reall needed a drink. That was cool. John asked me if my 2010 Ram was a lease, i replied, yes it is. He asked how many payments I had left? He said dont worry, I know your just looking, He sais if you have time I can show you a quick program the bank has to where they will make up the last 2 payments and I can get into a nicer Ram at a LOWER payment! If it sounds to good to be true, it probably isnt. Well he offer no pressure and new his Rams (Motor Trends #1of year) Well the next day I picked up my new Ram, at a lower payment like he said. Was NOT lied to like most salesmen do, even intrduced me to his manager after the tour he gave me of the facility. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! The same week, I brought my wife in and lease a vehilce for her, same experience. Thanke you John an his manager next to him Larry. I will refer anyone who is looking for a new car or truck in the future! They will not regret it! Thanks again!
