Bought a brand new 2019 g550. Pointed out some concerns with the paint prior to taking delivery. Was assured that the vehicle would be taken care of with... no paint work necessary (I would not have taken delivery of the vehicle if i was made aware it needed to be painted). Get jerked around for over a week about how they’re going to fix/address the concerns with the paint defects only to be told by them and MB USA that nearly half of the vehicle would need to be repainted due to the rust inhibitors etching the paint from sitting at the port. So I am now left with a brand new vehicle that needs to be repainted, will take a car fax hit which will also devalue it more than normal, and a gee golly gosh well we are willing to paint it bull$h!tline from everyone over at MBSO including the general manager instead of any actual resolution that doesn’t involve devaluing what was sold as a brand new vehicle (ie painting over 40% of the vehicle). BEWARE do NOT purchase a vehicle from these hack jobs. Over $130k wasted on a vehicle that is essentially going to be worth a fraction of what it would have been if they had delivered it properly.
I bought my wife CLK350 in to have the Telaid system turn off. She called ahead and they told her to bring the car in so they can turn the system off.... I have to wait 15 minutes, even already have an appointment. Then the advisor told me that they charge $190 just to plug in the scanner. I asked him why can you just turn the Telaid off with the scan already in. He told me that extra charges for any repair work. This is BS. I went to another dealer and get the thing done in less than 15 minutes. Don't bring your car to this dealer. If you did, check your repair with another dealer to compare. I give the Advisor a grade of F.
I needed some parts replaced on my 2015 ML3. Service was excellent. Got a loaner car even though service was done in a satisfactory time. They serve you... a 2 course breakfast and lunch everyday while you wait. No dealership does that. Employees are always courteous and anxious to please you. I would go no where else. You can get your car washed every day! I live a bit far from Orlando so I only use my VIP benefits three times a year. Free ride to the airport and you can leave your car parked at the dealership for the duration of your trip. Facility looks like a resort. What more could you ask for?

Recently leased a 2018 GLC 300... Sal was my sales associate who assisted me in the process... He listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect... car to meet my needs. His experience with the product line combined w/Nancy's finance background made this one of the easiest vehicle shopping experiences I've had. I'm currently in my fifth Mercedes Benz and this was my first purchase from MB of South Orlando - although I have serviced my previous MB's there for the past several years. They have a new customer for life!
Bought a used Mercedes. THE CAR: clean, worth the price, test drive congenial, purchase process pleasant, and facilities first-rate. We signed the papers,... paid the down payment, and arranged to pickup the car 6-days later and pay cash . . . THE BUYING PROCESS: The Salesman (F. Harby) and his manager were nice and they agreed upon the price and arrangements. Later in the day, we get a phone call that the GM wants the cash THAT WEEK. It made us wonder if the dealership is/was in a cash flow crisis, as this was only a 4-business-day shorter period . . . CUSTOMER SERVICE: We send emails to the dealership for simple-informative-follow-up questions, and get few answers. Two weeks after the purchase, we are still waiting for the original copies of the sales documents we signed, including the car title. We received a scanned and emailed paperwork versions from their office, but not the true originals, as we expected. Sales level was friendly and pleasant, but Management levels above the salesman level reminds one of the negative reputation of time-long-ago Used Car Lots.

I called to inquiry about a GL 550 for a friend of mine. I spoke to Steve Allen and we were able to make the deal happen in two phone calls.
