Great experience

My lease was up and I was exploring options for a new vehicle. My rep was Dave at Balise in Warwick. He was phenomenal. Very professional, clear explanation of the process. He ensured that we fully understood the entire process. I would highly recommend. He is truly a people person with a great attitude.


bit disappointed with the service. Bought a certified car...

bit disappointed with the service. Bought a certified car 6 years ago, looking to trade it in now. set an appointment with our original sales person and arrived 30 minutes early to our appointment. Our sales person put us in a corner table to wait for another family to finish. he grabbed 1 car for us to drive and then went on to help several other people with questions and test drives. We waited hours there while he helped other people. we eventually opted out of a car and went home due to the lack of communication, lengthy process with zero interaction with the sales person and just zero respect. I was disappointed because previously he was very considerate and easy to work with - answered all the questions we had etc. We just felt like a burden or like we were wasting his time. Taking my business to a different dealer from now on.



Less than a month after purchasing my brand new 2020 Chevy it broke down on the side of the road. Check engine light came on, it said power diminished and service ecs system. It was also blowing black smoke from the exhaust. Dealership had it for apprx ten days and called and said they werent sure what it was and greased a few fittings and gave it back to me. 2 miles down the road it broke down on me again. Dealership had it for apprx another week and said it was a faulty fuel pump. Once i picked up the vehicle i drove 2 miles down the road and the truck was having problems shifting. Then a 4 miles and on a very busy main drag it broke down again with the same symptoms. I waited on the side of the road for two and a half hours. When i arrived back at the dealership they told me that they must have "guessed wrong" on the fuel pump. Appx 5 days since the third time it broke down and they just called and said they cant figure out what is going wrong with thr truck and it hasn't acted up too much for them. They advised me to come and get the vehicle because they can't continue to supply me with a rental. I do not feel safe driving in this vehicle and have expressed that to them. I have been in contact with General Motors. Very disappointed in Balise Chevy for putting me back on the road without figuring out what is wrong with the truck. They say that they understand my frustration and would be even more frustrated than me but offer no solutions. Buyer beware!

Easy, Helpful and Accommodating

We had a 9am appointment that started on time with Shaun Joseph. We told him we were looking to turn in our lease and get into a pre-owned similarly sized vehicle. He gave us our options, got us behind the wheel for test drives and we left a little while later with a car that matched our needs. I’m sure we will be back in the future.

Came in met Shaun Joseph, Told what I wanted in a truck , He pulled up one, It was right on the money price, options, all I wanted!!!!!
