Visited your facility this morning for inspection/tires.

Visited your facility this morning for inspection/tires. Having any repairs done can be stressful for those of us not knowledgeable with what's necessary. Joe Pappa has been "the calm in the storm" to me over the years with both my chevys. Thanks for hiring him...he makes my service experience less stressful! Sue pearson

Taylor and John were great to deal with online and in the

Taylor and John were great to deal with online and in the showroom upfront and honest what they told me 511 it was 529 a month much higher interest rate than I told him I was getting a local credit union and they didn’t even try that credit union

Excellent Service Center

Great Service every time I come in. Quick oil change & I was able to add an inspection on the same day. Joe Papa has been the best Service man I've ever worked with.

Disappointed

Went in for an oil change. And inspection REVIEW!!!!! They gave me a rejection notice, now I will be forced to spend a lot of money on the car or have my registration revoked. Very shady.

As a long time customer of Balise, I am truly disgusted

As a long time customer of Balise, I am truly disgusted with how I was treated last time I came in to discuss buying out my lease. I ended my contract with Balise and will never go back. My lease payment was $320/mo for 3 years (meaning I had equity in the car). I had leased two more cars prior through them. They told me I would have to put ANOTHER $4000 down with a monthly payment of $600 for 5 years to buy out my lease. For a 2020 Equinox that were made poorly. Absolutely insane. My credit is perfect. Balise refused to show me how they got to these numbers. They also completely price gouged what I would owe if I turned the car in with a false claim that I could have up to x amount of damage covered. They also told me I’d have to buy brand new tires if I wanted to turn the lease in. They told me that would be the best deal I could get anywhere and really tried to play on me with what I would do having two young kids without a car. They kept telling me to talk to my husband about it. I don’t need my husband to buy our cars. They then offered me an even older lemon of a car to trade in my Equinox & still have a higher monthly payment. I walked out & Bank of America bought out my lease for $320 a month. Balise Chevy are scam artists taking advantage of women. My husband was appalled. Not only lost two valuable customers, but every future customer we warn to not go to Balise.

Ever get one of those "letters from Balise?

Ever get one of those "letters from Balise?" As former customers looking to trade up from a Balise Chevy Trax from 2015 we took their letter assuring us that Balise wanted to sell us a new one. We went on Saturday to determine whether a too good to be true offer letter was too good. Very fine print on the reverse (of course) that even with glasses and corrected 20/20 vision was impossible to parse. So we show up and find out the deal was 50% of what was in the letter on a trade in and they seemed surprised (shocked, even) that we stood up immediately and left. I will buy a new car. I will buy one in Rhode Island. It will not be from Balise.
