I have been going to this dealer ship for over 20 years. Benito Torres (the best service advisor) and his brother Javier Torres (excellent mechanic) still are the reasons we buy Hondas. We talk about other brands, but you can not beat the service at Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach. My car is running great, as always. Thank you Jason Ung for helping with the back up sensors question.

They are charging outrageous labor fees, three times more than a regular mechanic. I have owned Norm Reeves Honda cars for over 30 years and have always used their service based on trust but at this point I don’t believe I will buy another Honda from them
