Terrific dealer!

Travis Feasel, the salesperson who worked me, was excellent. He understood my needs and was very responsive to my numerous questions about my model choice.

Great Service

We just stopped by to take a look and found a lovely used 2016 Volvo XC 70. We were helped by Dara Sok who made the entire purchase a pleasant experience. Why I bring my Volvo from SF to Marin for service

Never Again

Not a single person that I have interacted with in the three years we had our lease was friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable. We had CONSTANT issues with our Jaguar F-Pace and were offered a settlement fee to not lemon it. Service Advisors never seem to know what is going on or what service I'm due for or that my maintenance was prepaid... unfortunate considering that during the course of my lease I had to have my vehicle serviced AT LEAST 6x/year. My most recent visit to the service center required 4 people looking at my car to try to figure out why my dashboard was reading "Due for Service." The final conclusion was that it probably wasn't actually due for service so I should just ignore the light. Dropped off my car yesterday to end my lease and even though I was told I could come by anytime without any appointment needed, the staff told me that it was too late in the day to drop it off when I arrived. I had to laugh because it was the perfect dysfunctional ending to the dysfunctional 3 years I spent dealing with this company. Looking forward to forgetting this place exists.


Bought a Lemon

Do. Not. Buy. From. This. Dealership. Bought a 2018 Range Rover. It spent 34 days in the shop in the first 60 days. I would beg them to call me if they would be keeping the car another day so I could make arrangements. No call. After fighting, Headquarters agreed that it was a lemon and approved a “buy-back”. I continued to pay my monthly payment for 4 months without even having the car!!! Every time I would talk to headquarters they would say the dealership needed to do something on their end. I would call, email, and leave voicemails with no response. I finally had to come to the dealership and speak with Tom ( Used car manager) and other sales members would interrupt us to ask about used car inventory. Going into my 6th month, I’m still waiting on my reimbursement check. They have my money and will not call me back or if they do get on the phone, they tell me they will figure it out and call me right back. No response. I’m a mother of two boys under the age of 5. My family was in the middle of the Chico fire and I didn’t even have a car to help... it. Was. In. The. Shop!!!!!


My New Volvo

My salesman, Jay Soto, was the reason I bought my new Volvo. I am seventy years old and he was very patient with me. Put no pressure on my but convinced me that buying a Volvo S60 was the right decision for me. He took the deal away from Marin Mercedes by being so easy and not being pretentious. Mercedes made me feel they could take me or leave me. Not, Jay! I felt important to him.

Happy Volvo Owner - Marin Volvo is THE BEST!

Marin Volvo has sold us three cars over the last 20 years - and I will never go to another Volvo Dealer because their service and staff are par excellence! Am looking to buy another new SUV by year end - and will purchase from the same. They are caring, thorough, and actually listen to their customers!!!
