I as very disappointed when I needed a new battery.

I as very disappointed when I needed a new battery. It took 8 days for delivery during which time I was not given a loaner. When they did put the battery in my car, they found an old mouse nest which they did not remove. I was told I could make a new appointment when they would remove the mouse nest (for how many $$). When I asked for reimbursement for the rental car I needed I got a response: "Unfortunately we ere unable to process your request." I will persue thus further!

NO winter tires to be found, buyer beware.

While I have enjoyed my relationship with this dealer since 2018 when I purchased my 1st Prius Prime, I just purchased a 2023 Prime. Lo and behold, there are NO winter tires to be found unless you want to go to Japan! Car may be useless to me for a lot of the year now.

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT 802 TOYOTA

Recently purchased a certified used rav4 at 802 Toyota.Salesman chris toupence was very respectful and professional to deal with,followed up by joe in the warranty department.A pleasure to do business with the both of you and 802. sincerely brian and holly farrar

Tight budget…

I stopped at 802 Toyota to look for a vehicle that would fit my budget. Phillip was the one to helped me in MANY ways to get the RAV4 LE so I could drive it home that day! Phillip really did the job in all possible ways for my son and I to have a better, reliable and affordable car! Thank you 802 Toyota and HUGE thank you to Phillip couldn’t have this car without your help and all you did to make it happen!!

Stellar customer service

I was recently in a collision which put me in the market for a vehicle. I knew I wanted another 4 runner as it kept me safe in the accident . From start to finish 802 Toyota was such a ease in the process. Chris relation was the best sales guy I’ve worked with. They go the extra mile and if you are in the market for A vehicle and are looking for a top notch experience, go to 802! They will provide that for you!!

Chris Relation is amazing and wonderful. I have been trying to buy an SUV Hybrid for a month and he was the first sales person to go the extra mile. Right now hybrid vehicles are very hard to get. I am glad he is in my corner! :)

NOT HAPPY

Me and my Wife bought a certified used tundra .The sales person was great , he sold her everything gap , bumper to bumper warranty . He said it covers all work ,parts, except for breaks and tires. It started when we test drove it and breaks pulsated. I told them we would buy the truck they fixed the brakes.They took it and fixed the brakes . Being in my background when I got it home I pulled a tire. It appeared that they turned the rotors and put it back together , cheap quick fix. By doing so it lowered the pedal by half . I kept my mouth shut till now. Recently the motor started ticking, sounded like lifter or cam noise. Everyone who knows me , knows my background in racing and engines. I check the oil like clock work. I brought the truck in to have a oil change, so I figured I'd have them check out the noise. The guy told me it was three to four quarts low on oil, only drove it fourteen miles after checking it . He treated me like I was a idiot. I told him the oil must be leaking , he said no it's not. It doesn't smoke so it's unlikely that its burning oil bad enough to loose that much oil in fourteen miles. Then he insinuated that quicklube in south Barre used the wrong oil. Then 802 charge me a extra 96.00 extra for fixing nothing and measuring my break pads and inspecting a belt that I never asked them to look at. Maybe if they fixed the brakes rite the first time , it wouldn't need them now. It's all about a dollar or comission. I Figured this must be there strategie for getting out of a warranty I don't know??? I work on cars all the time , I did it for a living for many years ,years ago. I still deal with customers . This was bad customer service. I know I wouldn't of felt rite to charge a customer extra for doing nothing . Having the head service guy raise his voice to me. NOT HAPPY!!! Wouldn't recommend 802 toyota to anyone .

Poor Customer Service

- Made an appointment a month in advance for a tire swap, an oil change, and a high pitched noise my truck was making. Also ordered new tires from them. - When I called, my appointment was made for 2 and I checked with them that I would be done by 4. They assured me this would not be a problem. - When I came in for my appointment, they told me that they had no record of the tires I had ordered and that I would not be done by 4. I explained the conversation I had had when I made my appointment. A few minutes later, they said they had located my new tires and they would try their best to have me done by 4. Side note, I also had four old tires in the back of my truck that I asked them to dispose of. - At 4:00 I asked if my truck was finished. They said it would still be a while. I was disappointed but stuck. - At 4:30 my truck came out with the old tires installed on it. - They also said they could not find the source of the high pitched noise and that everything looked fine. - When I pointed out that they had installed old tires, not the new tires I had ordered they offered to comp my oil change. This was appreciated, but the customer service rep was largely unapologetic for all of the other errors saying, "Looks like today is just not your day" and that I would have to come back in for the tire change. I told them I would not be coming back. - A week later I took my truck to another mechanic to have the high pitched noise looked at. They told me that my wheel was loose and that my wheel bearing needed to be replaced. They also explained that this was a pretty basic diagnosis.

Worst

Worst experience ever. Typical sales people. Polite and act like they are nice, but they were only in it for the money. Kept telling us they would update us and never would call. Played us around constantly. Phillip Heinz has the least professionalism I have ever seen and came down to being physical and would never buy a vehicle or say the least have him watch my rocks in the driveway for me. Then he started throwing people he worked with under the bus just think we were the bad ones. Always bought our vehicles from here, but because of him that will never happen again along with many others that know my story

No Service after the sale

We have purchased multiple high dollar vehicles here in the past but will no do so in the future. The service after the sale is non-existent. Service appointments are hard to schedule, even if someone actually answers the phone in the service area. They clearly don't value customer's time. Based on reviews from other sites I find it odd that they have such a high rating on this site. Stay away.
