Uptown is always a great place to have my Jeep serviced. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and I am always treated with respect.

I would never take my car anywhere else,and I would only buy a car from Jimmy Neu. He gave me great service even though he is a brewers fan he is still a good guy,lol.

All the employees are friendly. The oil change took a little longer than usual, but Winter is a busy time for car servicing. Very professional care. I did notice that the snacks (other than the popcorn) were no longer present. Maybe they were just not re-stocked. I enjoyed having them available, as well as a greater variety of beverages.

Service and customer service was awesome. Got a loaner vehicle delivered to my house, picked up my vehicle for repair, and had my vehicle back within three days. I don’t like dealing with dealerships but this experience at Uptown made it very easy and will for sure go back.
