the service was good except they forgot to do the oil change that we requested. but upon pick-up of vehicle got it done in short order.

Quick timely service. Got our vehicle in for diagnostic in a couple of days that worked with my wife's day off. Communicated issue and repaired in one business day. Professional, courteous, and priced comparably to other dealers.

I had been to my tradition dealer (in IL) for service before I went up to WI to our new home. (We currently are traveling back and forth between the two homes.) My IL dealer service did an oil change and I asked them to check my brakes. They said the back driver was squeaky and sticks a bit and the other back was worn. They suggested I make an appointment for the next week. I asked If it was safe to travel to WI and they said yes. In WI I thought I would call Uptown to check it out. I had been towed there in July after another incident after being told the car was ok by the IL service center again. During the wait I received a video of the brakes as they began to investigate. They then brought in the back brakes. The back driver brake needed a caliber ( extended warranty) and pads. The back passenger brake had one pad completely burned off and the other in need of replacement. I cannot say enough about the care and constant updates on the progress of my car as I waited. Even more is I truly feel an exemplary job was done on my vehicle and our safety was secure. I will be a customer of Uptown from now on.

For quick, convenient reliable service, stop in to Uptown in Slinger. I stopped in with no appointment and was met with a friendly greeting. After 45 minutes, I was on my way with fresh oil, rotated tires and the confidence that my van was safe for another few months. I enjoyed the comfortable waiting area, but passed on the free snacks and beverages.
