The car had a couple of issues that the dealership not only made us aware of but went out of their way to fix as quickly as possible. I would go back to them in the future.

Anytime anyone makes a large purchase, all they really want is to walk away from the process feeling good about the ???deal??? AND the experience. Nothing... sours the joy of a large purchase more than feeling like you were ???taken??? or the experience was so excruciatingly frustrating that you are just glad it is over. I???ve purchased four new vehicles in the last 5 years (two different makes / 3 different models). I use the same process each time and start with 4-5 dealers to find the car and deal I want. My experience with John W. Clark and McCaddon was phenomenal. I was confident I would get the deal I wanted as I am always willing to walk away. After my initial conversations with John, it was clear I would be buying a car from McCaddon. Not only did he take the time to listen to what I wanted but he quickly understood HOW I wanted to purchase. The "How" I want to purchase is more important than what I am going to buy. Most of the other dealers just don???t get this concept. John's professionalism in working with my wife to find the car she wanted was professional, respectful and appreciated. We found the car she wanted and with a little negotiation, the deal was done. Then came the time to talk with the Finance Manager. This is where most deals get ugly and/or fall apart. Not this time. Justin Gasman was as professional as John. While he had his job to do, his approach was spot on. No surprises. No nonsense. I was in and out of the finance office in 15 minutes. By far, the easiest trip to the finance office. McCaddon has something very unique going on in Boulder. If I am in need of a new car again, I will start with McCaddon. This dealership is the gold standard for Cadillac dealers. The other dealers in the region should spend some time studying what McCaddon does. This was the best new car buying experience I???ve ever had.
Justin Gasman and Joe Cleland handled everything I needed and then some. Joe knew everything there was to know about the car I was looking at and Justin... made everything in the process as smooth as it could be. And on top of that, the entire process was handled very quickly.
This is the second Auto I have purchased from this dealership and bot have been very enjoyable. They never pressure you to do anything. Always treat... you like a friend not just a customer. NO fooling around with pricing etc., just finding out what you want in your next auto and doing every thing possible to get you into that Auto.

We have now bought three vehicles from this dealership and won't go anywhere else. The personal service that we have received is unbelievable and the follow-up... from the service department is just as outstanding. Our salesman, Wendell, never made it seem like the typical car buying experience. He was always willing to listen to what we needed. Justin finished the deal by making the financial side of things easy to zip through. We were not there for hours and hours, instead the paperwork was already to go once we arrived. Wendell also made sure that we understood all of the features of the car and got us hooked up with the apps and On-Star before we left the lot. You can't find a better bunch of caring individuals when you are looking to buy.
Out of state disaster, had to get home to Illinois. We went to Mccadden have the best service we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. They are awesome... and wonderful please give them a try!
Everyone at McCaddon was a delight to work with. They are friendly, attentive, and not remotely pushy. I feel like we bought into a car family. Everyone... there was happy to spend time with us, talking about our new car. The had the best prices around, too. If at all possible, we will buy from them in the future. When thinking about replacing our next car, we were joking about asking if they could order us a new car from a maker they don't stock because they are so wonderful.
