    When I call Jon at McCaddon for a service appointment, it's liking making dinner reservations at a five star restaurant. "We're happy to accommodate you Mr. XXXXXXX, what time is best for you? Once there (at the dealership) one is warmly greeted with a smile, and very efficient registration of the visit. While they don't tell me who my service tech is today (like XXX will be your waiter this evening) they do assure me my vehicle will be ready very soon. "Oh, Mr. XXXX, can we offer you a cold water wash today?" Another smile, and then please have a seat in either of our waiting rooms. Coffee or tea is also available! Before I've finished the morning paper my car is ready, clean and sparkling like new. The review of service steps taken and the cost seems like a dream. Before I know it, I'm off in my "new" car on to an errand or two for my spouse. I just love going to McCaddon. IN addition to the superb service as described above, their show room and outside grounds are almost like my favorite golf course. Say, there's an idea, McCaddon could put in a putting green! Maybe next year?

    Today, my car was serviced at McCaddon's in Boulder. Dave Singh was the service representative who helped me. This is at least the second time I've spent time with Dave. Each time, I've learned something new about my car, how it performs and functions. Dave is an exceptional representative for McCaddon in that he is knowledgeable, has good advice, and relates extremely well to customers. Thank you Dave. You are one in a million - and so is McCaddon's.

    I'm always impressed with the great customer service! It not only keeps me coming back, but I refer all my friends & coworkers. We all need a place where we can trust not just the service dept, but those great mechanics as well. There is a lot of competition out there, but I'll not go anywhere else. Also great to hear from the people I refer that they too had a great experience & will be going back!

    Service Representative Jon Berry provided me excellent service and attention May 9th. They found a problem with a seal and needed my car overnight so he provided me with a loaner car at no cost, and my car was done the next morning as promised. He represents McCaddon's very well.

    They do try to work with you and make it a win win for all. They really aren't the stereotype car dealer. I felt none of the "high pressure" one usually associates with the car buying process. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from McCaddon.

    This review is slightly overdue but nevertheless wanted to get it posted. I purchased a 2012 Ram truck back in February and I have to say this was by far the most enjoyable, stress free experience in car buying I have ever been associated with. Prior to this I had not purchased a vehicle from McCaddon - but all the vast number of positive online reviews led me to the dealership to take a look at the truck that I ultimately purchased from them. John Clark was my initial contact with the dealership but the truck buying purchase was mostly handled by Mike Dandeneau who was fantastic! Both provided the utmost care and respect during the process and without a doubt provided first class service. The dealership as well took care of the one issue that I had with the truck which locked in the deal for me. I would not hesitate for a second to return to McCaddon to purchase another vehicle. I truly hope McCaddon keeps up such a high standard of excellence and customer appreciation as that is hard to find these days and they do an incredible job maintaining that standard!     I purchased a 2005 Buick Rendezvous on Jan 24th. The staff was friendly and very considerate of our time. It was very cold and snowy I drove from Denver to Boulder for this Buick. When it stopped snowing I realized the windshield had chips in it. I figured no big deal it was sold as is. The gas gauge don't work. Not long after antifreeze started leaking inside on the passenger floor, smoke from the vents. We changed the Radiator cap and a hose thinking that was the problem. The radiator cap had so much rust it was even hard to push down to release it. There is no way in three months the cap could of got that rusty. Even the O'Reilly's clerk was shocked on the condition of the cap. On the inspection report everything was ok per McCaddon Cadillac Buick's mechanic. Buick now smells like antifreeze. Last night I was driving home from work after midnight and the Buick over heated the dash said Hot Coolant Fluid. I don't even have heat to blast so I could cool the engine down. I had to stop three times to see if the Buick would cool down so I could get home. Not a good feeling or safe. The thing the really makes me mad is the Sales person said on the paper work it said small leak. When he went to the mechanic he said it was nothing. While this nothing is becoming a pretty penny. I know it was sold AS IS. No one deserves to pay for something that needs money in it this soon. So watch out for used cars on this dealership. If the sales person says small leak Don't Buy It or talk them into a warranty. Females take a mechanic with you. This company only received stars for their kindness. If it wasn't for them being pleasant I would of gave them no stars. I will never recommend or buy another car from this company. My personal opinion maybe they just had to sell a car because they didn't meet their goal. I don't expect this company to care or have a concern they got paid cash from a credit union The Financial Services Director asked me to write a review lucky thing I waited to see if I was happy first.

    Hello Joyce, First off, thank you for your business. We appreciate you taking the time to write us about the issues you are having. I believe this was in regards to the 2005 Buick Rendezvous with 130,251 miles, correct? Assuming this is the correct vehicle, let me start out by saying that we sincerely apologize that the vehicle has had issues. Typically, we do not keep most high mileage older vehicles due to potential issues but in this case the vehicle showed to be in better condition than most with these miles. For inventory, we like to have a variety of low to higher priced cars. We would also like to point out that we always prefer happy customers. We will never sell any vehicles with ill-intent as that is not something we do here at McCaddon. One thing that we do differently is to disclose any service issues that may be present so that our customers are informed. We do this with all of our vehicles. We also always honor outside inspections and will never look to take advantage of anyone as that is bad for any business, women and men alike. When purchasing any vehicle that is 12 years old and has over 130,000 miles there are bound to be future service issues as that is inherent with higher mileage older vehicles. That being said, have you had a proper diagnoses as to the actual issue yet? If so, what was the estimate total? Could you send it to us?
