Bought a truck from here in 2019. Truck NEVER should have been sold to the retail public, but in their defense they sold it as-is. It broke down on the trip to MD and was $1,200 to tow home. If that were the only issue, I would have skipped writing a review. But this place REFUSED to send me a title until I had the truck MD inspected. Really? You sold a truck without inspection, knowing it wouldn't pass inspection, and refuse to send an out of state buyer the title? Mind you, title was not offered at time of sale which should have been a big red flag. But I financed the truck with Navy Federal. It wasn't after getting Navy Federal, the NJ MVA (or whatever they call their motor vehicle dept) involved that they FINALLY released my title. Stay away!!! Not worth the games for a truck that still (2 years later) has issues. We use it as a farm truck as it is unsafe for the road and unsafe to sell to someone else.
Purchased Our 6th Car
My daughter and I just purchased our 3rd car each from Steven @ Deals On Wheels. That's 6 cars in total. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Steven's knowledge of financing is second to none. He is always available to answer questions in the office or by text.
Very Honest and Up frony
Saw a car online and called to set up test drive. When i got there the car was waiting for me to test drive. I like that its a family owned business and respect their honesty in matters they discussed with me. Easy & Quick Paper work! I had no issues and would highly recommend
Unorganized, unprofessional, undeserving of your $
100% buyers remorse. HORRIBLE experience and vehicle has issues. Their BS "extended warranty" doesn't cover everything. Already have had $1,000+ in repairs, all paid out of pocket. Took them 2 months to register my vehicle. They don't treat you right and have unreliable vehicles. Avoid at all costs!!!!!
Not sure who this is but please give me a call to discuss this. We never take 2 months to process motor vehicles and have no clue of any repairs that we diclined to fix. We help all our customers 100%. Please call me Best Regards, Rob 7322542020
I called to inquire about a vehicle they had listed to see if it was still available. Upon finally getting through to someone i had asked if the vehicle was still available and what the hours were. I was asked if it was still on the site, which i answered yes, and the sales rep then proceeded to say, "Well there's your answer." I then asked about the hours, seeing that it was until 7pm, but just wanted to make sure. They said no it was until 6pm, not 7. I said okay, the website says 7. He then proceeded to say, "i told you six so that's what it is." All in all, i didn't even have a chance to actually look at the vehicle. And with the experience i had, i'll pass.
I just read this review. I'm deeply sorry for that and would like to know more about this. Our staff doesn'twork this way and would like you to give me a call so I can try to fix this. Best regards, Rob 7322542020
Buying Process & Treatment as a consumer
My experience at Deals on Wheels could not have been better. I purchased a car in feb. of 2011 and am still driving it today. The sales person made the buying process as easy as possible. I love my 99 Chrysler. Thanks for everything guys. I look forward to doing business with you in the future. Signed Dean S.
Just Be Careful
I purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse from this place and when I tried to get the price down even a couple hundred I was told that their prices were fixed because the vehicles are fully serviced before sale. The guy put on new tires and brakes without changing rotors and called that a service. I have had my car or about 2 weeks now and have put 1175.00 into it in parts to make it acceptable to drive. So I knew I was going to have to put some money but not 1200.00 So just becareful when buying. They are nice people and I think they mean well but then again they guy was a mechanic and he had to know everything this car needed. If he didnt he was a quack, If he did he was dishonest either way not good.
