Great experience. Had to wait for what we were looking for. Was contacted a few days before the car arrived and was able to reserve it. We really appreciated the heads up, and love our new Range Rover Evoque.

First class accommodations and customer service! From the time you walk in the door you know this is a business that cares about its customers satisfaction. The staff will go above and beyond to guarantee the happiness of their customers. Zach in parts/service was extremely helpful is dealing with my specific needs and made sure I was content with the final resolve. It’s nice to know that there are still establishments and staff that care so much about creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. If you have some time to stop in and browse, there’s a unique selection of Land Rovers in the showroom and the sales team will be more than happy to show what’s the latest and greatest! Yes, it may be a hike from the previous location, but trust me, it will be worth your drive!

I wish I could go lower than one star but I cannot! I took my rover to their new location on Carlisle pike and now my car won’t start!!! It hasn’t even been 24 hours, I filed a police report which didn’t help, but, I have started my civil suit!! Do not go to this place!!!!
Cindy and Paul Anderson
This is the best dealership we have ever dealt with in years. Mark, Jonathan, Jason and the receptionist (I forgot her name... 😞) were all great! Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and great customer service! We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Terrible Customer Service - RUN AWAY and RUN FAST!
Well, it started well and then went downhill from there. I am in Pennsylvania, travelling from Texas, and have not heard from the dealer for over a week after repeated phone calls to both the service advisor and the service manager. There is a potential issue with the supercharger, so they were investigating if it was covered under the factory CPO warranty, but they cannot seem to figure it out and they ARE NOT returning phone calls. I do not want to leave PA with a potential issue, so I am stranded until they call me. Luckily, I have family to visit, but I can't stay indefinitely. I would personally avoid this dealership at all costs. Buy a Mercedes or some other near-luxury brand. Highly unprofessional that they are not calling me back at all. We have both Land Rovers and Jaguars from other dealerships and this is by far the worst dealer experience ever.
very poor customer service and rude employee
Never by a Land Rover from Harrisburg. Go to Wayne pa and purchase it there. Customer service is poor, the restrictions on the resale of your vehicle are onerous, the staff is rude and inconsiderate.
Love this dealership
I’ve purchased many trucks from Harrisburg Land Rover and also had trucks serviced there that I bought elsewhere. They have always treated me like family and will come to my home at a moment’s notice to pick up my truck for service, if I need help. Ironically, I think I briefly knew the Pittsburgh transplant below and (in my opinion) how he’s describing the dealership is exactly how he he tried to treat me. That said, ten years later I’m still buying trucks from Harrisburg Land Rover. Love them.
Horrible service, go someplace else
I beg of you PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS OR GET ANY SERVICE FROM THEM. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I moved to Harrisburg with a Jag XJ (so I could not have purchased from them as I didn't live here). If you didn't buy a car from them they treat you like you are a second class citizen. Their service area is horrible and way overpriced. I've had to have my front rotors replaced 3x in 20K miles and they said "sorry, we can't see anything wrong we did...it is weird but not our problem" I have spent almost $6000 of my own money, not including money they collected from warranty claims and they basically said "yea, we earned that" over the past 16 months with them. None of these issues were major fixes so on small service items they’ve clearly made a great profit. I brought this to the attention of the sales manager (John) that I've spent a lot of money just trying to solve front brake problems over a 20K milage period (plus much $$$ overall). John did absolutely nothing besides defend his bills when I explained my problem. The last rotors cost me another $500. Let’s say I was 100% wrong and they are right. Because I’m a good client of service he could have easily offered a discount on the breaks as a show of good faith. But he did nothing except defend his bill. Why? Because this dealership is arrogant and could care less about new customers as they are the only local Jag dealership. I bought my car from Rahal in Pittsburgh and they treat everyone like a king, as they should when you sell 80,000-150,000 cars. I know people who didn’t buy from Rahal and still get great service. I’m not just angry over this one issue. Just about every encounter with their service department feels like I should feel privileged to do business with them. One time I was leaving for a trip and my check engine light came on. I asked if they could quickly check it to make sure I was ok to drive for the weekend. First they made me feel stupid for asking and then said only way they could review was an appointment (he was too busy to check it now). When it did finally come in they charged me $100 to hook it up to the machine and check the light. I went to Autozone after I left them that day and the guy did it for free. Autozone doesn’t sell expensive cars…yet cares more about clients. I have more stories like this but won’t waste time telling them because you get the point. The best part is I'm in the market for a new car so I'm so happy I will not be buying from them. Read the reviews on the service online and majority of people say the same thing...HORRIBLE SERVICE, OVER PRICED, TREAT YOU BAD, DISHONEST.
