HORROR SHOW SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Snotty, rude, entitled and disdainful Service advisor, Luis C & Evelyn G. get to pick & choose which customers they get to fleece. They tend to upsell unnecessary repairs, favor certain complexion customers and give poor car advise to underserved communities. I have proof of car items not installed but yet paid for. A legal and criminal conundrum disaster don't be fooled by luring fake smiles, and false reviews just run before this horror service department ensnares you. You need basic car knowledge here and demand all your parts back.. Abandon hope all ye who fix your car here. You have been warned since all horror shows begin harmlessly enough.

Awesome customer service
As far as I can recalled from leasing my first Roghe from Nissan World of Springfield in 2013 to financing a 2015 Rogue , to leasing another Rogue in 2018 the service was great. Special thanks to sale specialist Amer, finance specialist Henry and Lewis for going beyond with helping me financed my new 2020 Murano.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE
Be careful buying a car at this dealership. Talking from experience. I even had to take them to court. There sales representatives are very shady. Do not sign anything until you verify from another source. Good luck!

I completely agree with all of the negative reviews that this dealership has received and with the "D" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They are slimy, will hide a mountain of hidden fees, and blatantly lie about any offers they carry. They assume no responsibility for their mistakes and continue to operate under false pretenses. They are unable to finance with large banks because of their dishonesty and shady deals. Absolutely horrible, immoral people work there. Chris, the GM, and Paul in financing, claim to have full transparency, but they throw bait and switch games all day long. Many people have complained about this location, yet they are allowed to continue operating. I will be sure to never refer any of my colleagues, staff, patients, friends, or family to this dealership. It is incredibly disappointing to know that they represent a brand that a used to trust. I will NEVER go back to this dealership.

Completely lied about used suv I purchased. Had rotten tires, no brakes, shot rotors, seized caliper, tons of underbody rut and absolutely REFUSED to do any repairs. The GM Muhran, forget last name is very rude! Treated me as if I was below him and stupid. STAY AWAY! Dont deserve the Nissan name....

Bad business ethics
Bad business ethics. The salesman told me to lie on credit application to assure approval. The GM was insulted when I questioned the additional fees added to the price of the car RED FLAGS

Horrendous! DAMAGED CARS! Fake Prices!
Horrendous! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Went to look at a beautiful Mercedes-Benz they had an offer. I already knew the car was had a damage report and bald tires. A 2012 Mercedes ML350 with 106k miles that had been for sale for close to four months. ‘12 MLs with above 100k miles typically are priced between $13k-$15k with a clean title. This ML Nissan of Springfield NJ had on offer had a Damage Title, the truck lid was misaligned and had dangerously bald tires. Fine, for $12.9k I was okay with all that but no. They tried to charge me $3,000.00 with of fees. One of the fees was a “reconditioning fee”!! What did they recondition??? The BALD TIRES?!?! Horrendous, absolute miserable, deadbeat, disgraceful people. Especially, the bald as that ML’s tires sales manger and the salesman John. They make the used car sales people stereo type all true. Again, horrendous!!

Fraudulent selling damaged cars
False advertisements, damaged cars, no disclosure of mechanical problems with the vehicle and poor ethics when dealing w the public. Selling damaged cars. Poor customer satisfaction
