All services excellent as has always been the case

From initial greeting to completion my experience was flawless. Ricky in service was friendly, technically excellent & had a courtesy car ready. He called earlier than I expected with the welcome news “your car is finished with the 60 K maintenance “. The price for the service was a third of my expected price.I could not be happier! Thanks

Disappointment of service

Quite a disappointment just for a service of the battery replacement. Waited for 2+ hours without any progress or updates until an inquiry and challenge to the Service Adviser. It appeared I was forgotten for hours sitting in the waiting room.

Love this place but to service guys are rude

I have been dealing with this dealership for the last five years and I love this place the People Are Awesome when it comes to your car service thank you to Mrs Erica Pressley she is very awesome and very nice and will help you all she can don't get me wrong I have experience 2 workers there at the service department that acts like they love their job but when it comes to their customers they are pretty rude only if the management knows the truth about that honestly they need a new service department manager someone that cares about their customers and not just rushing their customers but overall I love the dealership and the place is nice and clean and beautiful I just have a couple issues with two of the workers they need to treat their customers more better than they do and with more respect I'm sick of it but everyone else is nice I need to put in a complaint

Happy, easy, and fast

My salesperson and the finance department was very easy and fast both ladies were very friendly very helpful and had great customer service skills they both answered all my questions and concerns I had . They are the best.

8 month later they still couldn't get me a Redline

I have tried to buy a 2022 NX 350h since November 2021. I put down a deposit and placed an order. 4 months later they cancelled my order. Basically all I wanted was a loaded 2022 NX 360 h in color redline. I was led on and on that I would get the car then bam they told me bam all special orders were cancelled. The told me requesting a color was not a special order and that they could easily change the color and get me the cat in a couple of months. Basically, the dealership lied and lied to me and most of my communications was because I persisted and asked. Finally a month before they cancelled my order they told me don't call us anymore , we will call you. They didn't even tell me they cancelled the car until I asked.

Greeted warmly and dean explained est. time of service as well discount coupon. Car washed and looked great. Snacks and coffee all appreciated during wait. Great job.
