Outrageously expensive poor customer service.

Outrageously expensive poor customer service. I have had three Lexus this was my worst experience! Charged double what was told would probably cost, called to discuss work completed, no answer, told to leave message mailbox full, finally reached someone who said my agent would call me next morning Never called.

Billy was great to work with and took care of me!

Billy was great to work with and took care of me! I’m always impressed with how Lexus treats their customers!! I appreciate how they go the extra mile by giving my car a quick wash/vacuum, showing me pics of my car, explaining things, etc. Congrats on your new facility - very nice!

Employees are very courteous and the service department

Employees are very courteous and the service department did a great job servicing our vehicle. They got our vehicle in right away and changed the oil , rotated the tires, and washed it as well. Great job
