After finding an issue.
After finding an issue. It was handled and replaced and repaired immediately. My concern was that the issue (window switch inoperable) not caught in 100 plus item inspection

Lexus accused me of doing something with the steering
Lexus accused me of doing something with the steering wheel that I didn’t do to my car and then they wouldn’t own up to their responsibility of causing the problem. Appears the sales and technical depts were covering up their mistake. They are riding that line of being unethical with a smile on their face. They lost my respect when they just didn’t own it. All over a $150 which they were only willing to absorb half and l paid the other half. If I were a man I wonder how the conversation would have gone!

Service people were amazing as usual.
Service people were amazing as usual. Took a little longer than expected.over 2.25 hrs for a 10k service. It was very busy so maybe not schedule so many people at the same time.

If you are looking for a used car I highly recommend contacting Jack at Germain Lexus of Easton. He was great to work with and made the whole car buying experience pleasant. I called Germain Lexus to inquire about a couple cars on their lot, I talked to Jack, he answered all my questions and provided additional information that was very useful. I live in Cincinnati and it was well worth the drive to Columbus. Jack and Trey the Finance Manager made this the easiest car buying experience. I will definitely be purchasing all future vehicles from Jack and Germain Lexus of Easton.
