I love our new Lexus RX--a dream car to drive! We have had it only three days but already I'm quite comfortable it taking on a long road trip this week. Madison was a terrific sales person who helped us tremendously in making the right purchase. She was very professional and knowledgeable, plus just being especially nice. Our orientation with Stryker the tech guy was quite thorough and I left thinking that this high tech car was going to be a fun experience. Destiny came to our home to pair the new car with our garage opener. What service! All in all the sales experience was very good and we are so happy with the purchase.

I’ve had my NX350h for 9 months now and have had better service (customer & car) than the last decade. Needed a tire replaced due to an unfortunate nail - I did try taking it to a tire shop first where they said it was unrepairable. Took it to Lexus and they scheduled me for 2 days later but got me in a day later, as well as called me in the morning asking if they could wash/patch it up first before replacing my tire. Small things like that. Cade White from the service team was fantastic and communicative. Can’t see myself not going through Lexus of Lincoln for any car needs in my future.
