Awesome, listened to what I needed in a vehicle, not pushy. Even had car put inside the building when it was ready to pick up, my kids thought it was awesome to get to drive the car out of the actual building.

I ONLY bought from this dealership because they happened
I ONLY bought from this dealership because they happened to be the only one with the car I wanted at the time. This was my 5 Lexus and I had terrible service. I would NOT go back if you paid me. Car sales aren't what they used to be. The sales manager could have cared less if I was there or not. I voiced concerns to him, and he shrugged his shoulders. Their good reviews are obviously by people who haven't bought from other Lexus dealerships yet. This one is an embarrassment to Lexus. I LITERALLY had to twist their arm for a key fob cover. SMH. It was unbelievable for a Lexus dealer.
