    I bought a 2014 CPO used car. Test drove it in the rain (no big deal it happens). I sat there for over 3 hours waiting on the loan company to get back to me, we never had a chance to negotiate price, or trade in value. Fast forward I drove off. Now it wasnt raining and we noticed a HUGE crack in the windshield. One that there was no way the dealership could have ignored. Turn around and went back. Got them to say they will replace the windshield. Leave the dealership again, pulled over to connect Bluetooth in a parking lot, never shut the car off it was running the whole time... get blue tooth connected and put the car in drive and it dies. Completely dead!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took us 3 trips to autozone and close to an hour to change the damn battery. Car has been running great since then.... fast forward again, I get my title work in the mail and its all in my dad's name. My dad didn't buy the car he went with me for support. My name is on everything now this..... I have never been so disappointed in a dealership before and I've word in the car biz for 4 years and I would have never done what this place did. I will not be getting any service work done here and I will never buy another car from here.

    Over the past several years, Lexus of Mishawaka has fallen in their quality of service. The routine service intervals take far too long and often yield a car in worse shape that when they started. Ridiculous recommendations for future service in the thousands of dollars. I've had to fix some of their errors by taking the car to WALMART! And Walmart actually did a better job for far less using better technicians. Go figure.

    Man - Someone with my exact complaints to Lexus Corporation! As the intervals get longer you are correct that we end up having to have conversations with customers that we have never had to have. You use to see us every 3000 miles for an oil change and now it's 10,000 miles if you're on SYNTHETIC OIL. As a result of that, we have moved to a WCI process (World Class Inspection) that reports your vehicle health. This came about as a result of more of our customers having mechanical issues that we were not seeing before they returned for their next visit. As a result of more wear and tear between the service intervals, this was the right thing to do. As a matter of fact, one of our repeat customers had a mechanical issue and made the comment to me "I trust and depend on you all to tell me everything going on with my vehicle. I can decide what I want to fix or not. I expect to know the status even if everything is OK." I never forgot that. This is why we tell you everything and if my team is doing their job we go through this on every vehicle, every time. You deserve to know and if it were my family I would want to know. As far as my technicians. Let me say we have to agree to disagree. Their fix first visit scores are 60 points higher than any other Lexus dealer in the nation. We are one of the only dealers regardless of brand that has 1/2 of its technical staff MASTER CERTIFIED and LEXUS MASTER CERTIFIED at that. They are the ones that take the calls from other facilities like Walmart that work on all makes and models when they don't know how to change the oil or fix our product. I can tell you some crazy stories but for the sake of time I won't, I'll just say it's always better to have us work on your vehicle. In addition to that, we have a shop foreman that has been here with us since we opened in the fall of 2001. I trust him with my life and especially my customer's vehicles. So listen I would love to speak with you and see if we can find common ground on these issues. If we can't I understand. May blessing be upon you and your family regardless.     After our initial purchase, in January, which I would rate overal, as a five star experience; we don't understand why Norma Jean has chosen to ignore us now. I contacted her twice about a month ago, in reference to inventory. As noted, we have not received any form of communication yet! What a disappointment! Obviously, we are now looking at other dealerships.

    I love the fact that I can get a car wash whenever I need one. The facility is so amazing and clean and they do an excellent job on the car. They take their time and when it's delivered back it's completely dry no water marks or soap marks. It's wonderful service to help keep my Lexus and owner (me) happy!

    Disappointed today with car wash. When taken in, attendant made no mention of a long wait or other problems in the dealership. I sat down and waited over an hour, only to find out that my car was sitting outside the waiting area (for I do not know how long). No other people waiting were called in that entire time for their car, yet the attendant said there was a long line of cars to be washed this afternoon. My lesson is to ask when the time waiting seems excessive. I am not sure but believe there was a glitch in the processing different people handling my entry, the work and then the pick-up. Snacks are still the greatest!

    I wish I could just hang around with this group of friendly and helpful people. The waiting area is great but the ladies room tops all ladies rooms. I would always go to Lexus of Mishawaka when looking for a new or used car. The free car washes with your car purchase is awesome to say the least.

    This dealership was one of many I visited. The Sales and Service Staff is top notch…The staff worked with me, not for a sale, but to get what I needed at the price I could afford…and the car washes are dreams come true. I feel like a movie star in the waiting area with all of the coffee, water, and candy you need while you wait. The women’s bathroom is worth the trip to visit this dealership. Thank you for the best experience of this old woman’s life when buying a car.
