OK, it's a Lexus dealer.
OK, it's a Lexus dealer. We expect to pay more. And we usually do. But........ Here's a success story. We took our 2003 SC430 in for a checkup, oil change, tire rotation. The total bill was $85. No, I'm not missing a comma or some zeros. They did the full car inspection and made some suggestions about other work that we might consider, but were not pushy at all. Made us feel well cared for and confident. So, 5 stars!

Arrived on time for service appointment.
Arrived on time for service appointment. Was promptly checked in. Notified during appointment of how service was proceeding, then received notification of recommended services. All staff that I had contact with was polite and friendly. Waiting area is always comfortable and well stocked with hot and cold refreshments. All around pleasant experience.
