We recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes C300 from Lexus of Lexington. Our salesman Aaron was excellent. This is the second car we have purchased from lexus... in the past 3 years, both times working group with Aaron. Super nice facilities and great customer service. Paid a little more for the car then we could have feom other dealers, but the service from Aaron and his team far outweigh the difference in price. Great experience. I would recommend this dealership, and Aaron to anyone. P.S. love the car too!

I have a tight schedule and went to look at cars in the evening. Banks were close so they ran my credit and got together a deal the next morning. I took... off work early and before I could get there, they sold the car out from under me. Don't buy unless the banks are open and you can buy on the spot.
I took my car for oil changed and alignment today and the adviser was super nice, but when I went to pick up the car I couldn't believe it was my car when... I opened it I swear it was a complete disaster, they throw my stuff all over the car and have I phone connector which's gone and I took a picture of the mess unbelievable unprofessional. I been in Lexus dealer for service it was so different from before they did my oil change and even vacuum the car form me but I have never imagine this is will happen I was in a shock when I saw my car honestly
We had an excellent car buying experience and were so fortunate to work with Kristen at Lexus of Lexington. She made the process extremely streamlined... from start to finish and accommodated us as we drove in from Tennessee. Purchasing this car sight unseen was not ideal for us given our location, but we found Kristen to be truthful, responsive, and available for our many questions. Overall, it was a great car buying experience and we highly recommend working with Kristen at Lexus of Lexington!
Came in to the dealership to look at a used rav 4 I saw on their website, first off I was blown away by the facilities of the dealership so nice and clean... with complimentary cafe and a really nice gift shop. Then I was introduced to Kara who went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most car for my dollar. Worked with Mr. Lovell in finance who got my approval and paper work completed much quicker than expected. Overall fantastic experience from start to finish!!!

Let me start by saying I was very excited about my Lexus. It is a top notch brand and I have heard great things about the Lexus Store of Lexington. My... first experience was great. I went in to get a lug nut key. I was in and out quickly and satisfied. Today I went in with a problem about my window. I had an appointment but when I pulled in the greeters and other employees were scrambling and having trouble finding my appointment. After they finally found my information I explained the problem and also requested to have my car washed while being serviced. The service salesman came back and told me it would be $850 because I needed a new window motor. I told him I would have to discuss the repair with someone prior to agreeing to having the service done. He brought my car back up, unwashed, with the window unit unplugged. I couldn't roll my windows up or down or lock my doors. When I got home I did some research online to find this is a common problem with this model. I got out my pink screwdriver, removed the door panel (instructions from YouTube), and hooked the window unit back up. I then followed the online instructions to reset the window. It took me less than 5 minutes and $0 to fix the problem. Needless to say, I am disappointed that I paid $81 for them to tell me something was broken on my car that obviously wasn't. Glad I didn't pay the $850 to have something replaced that didn't need to be.

As our Service Manager explained, the You Tube video fix will likely work temporarily, however, in order for a long term, complete solution to your window function we still stand behind our original recommendation of a new motor. The other alternative is to leave the window up permanently we would recommend disabling the existing motor. We sincerely apologize that this was not communicated properly to you on your initial visit and we would like to refund your diagnostic fee of $81 for your trouble.
