    We recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes C300 from Lexus of Lexington. Our salesman Aaron was excellent. This is the second car we have purchased from lexus in the past 3 years, both times working group with Aaron. Super nice facilities and great customer service. Paid a little more for the car then we could have feom other dealers, but the service from Aaron and his team far outweigh the difference in price. Great experience. I would recommend this dealership, and Aaron to anyone. P.S. love the car too!

    Came in to the dealership to look at a used rav 4 I saw on their website, first off I was blown away by the facilities of the dealership so nice and clean with complimentary cafe and a really nice gift shop. Then I was introduced to Kara who went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most car for my dollar. Worked with Mr. Lovell in finance who got my approval and paper work completed much quicker than expected. Overall fantastic experience from start to finish!!!

    Came in to lease a vehicle, was approached by Dwayne. Such a nice salesperson helped me through the entire process as this was my first vehicle I have ever leased. He landed me on the perfect car, Caviar with Black interior. Love it! Going through finance was such a simple process working with Tonja. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a top notch sales process.

    Let me start by saying I was very excited about my Lexus. It is a top notch brand and I have heard great things about the Lexus Store of Lexington. My first experience was great. I went in to get a lug nut key. I was in and out quickly and satisfied. Today I went in with a problem about my window. I had an appointment but when I pulled in the greeters and other employees were scrambling and having trouble finding my appointment. After they finally found my information I explained the problem and also requested to have my car washed while being serviced. The service salesman came back and told me it would be $850 because I needed a new window motor. I told him I would have to discuss the repair with someone prior to agreeing to having the service done. He brought my car back up, unwashed, with the window unit unplugged. I couldn't roll my windows up or down or lock my doors. When I got home I did some research online to find this is a common problem with this model. I got out my pink screwdriver, removed the door panel (instructions from YouTube), and hooked the window unit back up. I then followed the online instructions to reset the window. It took me less than 5 minutes and $0 to fix the problem. Needless to say, I am disappointed that I paid $81 for them to tell me something was broken on my car that obviously wasn't. Glad I didn't pay the $850 to have something replaced that didn't need to be.

Again, we apologize for the lack of communication from our end regarding your window motor diagnostic evaluation and repair recommendation. As our Service Manager explained, the You Tube video fix will likely work temporarily, however, in order for a long term, complete solution to your window function we still stand behind our original recommendation of a new motor. The other alternative is to leave the window up permanently we would recommend disabling the existing motor. We sincerely apologize that this was not communicated properly to you on your initial visit and we would like to refund your diagnostic fee of $81 for your trouble. Our Service Manager has reached out to you via email to process your refund. Thank you for being a valued Lexus of Lexington customer and we hope that you are willing to give us another chance. Please do not hesitate to contact our Service Manager, Nick Hudson, directly with any future service needs or questions.

    Very disappointed in integrity of service department. Took my car in for a relatively simple repair estimated to cost 400 dollars. When I was told the car was ready to pick up I was called back an hour later and now told that during a test drive that found that the engine needed to be replaced and the cost would be 7500 dollars. Then they suggested trading the car into them. By the time I went to reclaim the car it was barely drivable Heavy exhaust was coming from the tail pipe and this was definitely not an issue when I brought it in. So a,car that was fine when I brought it in was much worse when I picked it up. I later asked to speak with a manager who called and basically said that there was nothing he could do and that he stood by his mechanic who I think created a new problem or at best mis-diagnosed the original problem in order to prevent me from getting other opinions I will never return there even though my family has purchased three cars for that dealership in years past

    I arrived Saturday afternoon after emailing about a used car. The sales person I had spoken to was busy with another client and so another showed me the car, took me for a test drive and led the discussion about the price. Once we had decided on the price - the finances were quickly settled - with the car being cleaned and filled. My wife and daughter were impressed with the child play center, free soft-drinks and snacks in a very clean facility that let me look into the workshop are that was equally as clean. Overall a very pleasant experience in a great facility
