Bait and switch at its finest

The car I wanted to see was NOT for sale. There was even a sticker on the window saying so. Yet, when I called and spoke to salesman about the car he NEVER mentioned it could not be sold. It wasn't until I made the 45 minute drive there did I discover this. Poor customer service all around.

I have had good experiences at Ames Honda.

I have had good experiences at Ames Honda. The place is clean, staff friendly and helpful. I had gone to Marshalltown since it was closer but quit after they were no longer a dealer.
