Since 1995 I have purchased and had my cars serviced at Honda of Ames. Each time the experience has been very good from the ease of scheduling and the... comfort of waiting. The entire staff is very professional group that takes an active interest in serving their customers. I will be back.

Kudos to Lindy, very professional, good customer skills. Will recommend him to others
The service people got the car in for the 60 K check & out in shorter time than what was quoted!
Sales person was helpful but not pushy. Took a lot of time to answer all questions.
Best Dealer (Mel & John - service center) I have interacted with ever on two continents.
I had service done on my car.. The service department did every thing well.
Prompt, professional service. Shuttle service also professional and convenient.
My experience with the service department at Ames Honda was great. They are very thorough in checking everything when I bring my car in for an oil change... and tire rotation. I appreciate the way they take care of my car.
If the motorcycles are good, then the cars should be good. I had a dream 150 motorcycle in 1966. Then I had a 350 4 cylender, then a gold wing 1000,... then a gold wing 1100. When I moved to Iowa I've only driving cars. They keep calling me to see if I want the warenty extended but I keeping telling them no because I trust Honda's. Why should I pay $300 or more a year when I don't use it. It's just a big waist of money. Honda's are better than that. I have had my Honda Civic Hybred for over 6 years now and look how much I saved. $300 x 5 years is $1500. If the Honda bites the dust I can get a used car for $500 or less. I get two free oil changes a year for more savings for the life of the car. That's why I was here today, for an oil change.
