21 Century Auto Group

It was a wonderful experience purchasing my car with this 21 century dealership. The dealer who help me took the time to show me the cars that fit my budget. Most of their cars are in really good shape. The customer service was exceptional. I got a good deal despite my bad credit and my Toyota Camry 2014 is brand new. I really recommend them.

Carvin was upfront honest and respectful throughout my whole experience at 21st century. Carvin was patient with us and stuck with the whole process even after there normal hours. About 3 hours past to be exact. I couldn't be more thankful for what Carvin and the guys at 21st century did for me and my family, a new vehicle is what we needed and what they got us in was more than we could have ever asked for. Thank you Carvin and Oscar for everything you guys have done for us and opening up a new chapter in our lives

I drove over an hour because I was assured that the vehicle I was interested was there. After sitting with the salesman he left to get the keys. Five minutes later he returns to tell me that the car was sold the day before. A second salesman was eager to see if I was interested in another type of vehicle. I walked out. The auto that supposedly sold is still listed on their website. Poor first impression, I won't be going back.

I walked in and instantly I was introduced to Shawan Horn. He was very helpful and had a very good sense of humor. I personally think that he is the best dealer I've interacted with. Also, he understood the value of customer service; While servicing me he did a great job. All thanks to him and everything he has done.

I had a very good experience going through the buying process with 21st Century Auto Group. They had the best deal available on a 2014 Murano and no other dealership could beat there price. I went to the dealership three separate times to play hard ball on negotiating a price. I feel I came away very satisfied on the price. Through the process I met: Bella - Sales Rep. - He was great! Very knowledgeable, gave us our space and was not pushy at all. He took the time to spend time with us and answer any questions we might have. I actually met with him 3 separate times and all three times, he was great. You would think most sales rep's at dealerships would probably end up getting frustrated that they are wasting there time but not him. Diego - Manager - I had a great experience with him. We kept going back and forth with the numbers and he really tried to make a fair deal for both sides. Yes, I would recommend this place to others.
