Attempted to buy a jeep liberty. The end result was a vehicle that couldn't pass emissions testing, the sky slider leaked water on my personal property & tools in the back, check engine light came on after about 30 min of driving (yes they flip codes like many shady car dealers). I'm relocating for work, had to hold a rental for weeks, and they ended up buying the vehicle. I yelled at them on the way out the door and said verbatim "I don't even want to be here!" Do NOT trust these guys. Get a second opinion on any purchase from a mechanic.

Very impersonal experience, sales man wouldn’t make eye contact, wasn’t helpful and did not care or have any explanation after my husband found an oil leak under car we were looking at that “wouldn’t be for sale on the lot if anything was wrong with it”. Would recommend having your own mechanic come look before you purchase from this lot.

Call me stupid, but I was completely taken advantage of as a female, as a widow, as someone who had just had my vehicle totalled by a careless driver, and they sold me a dangerous vehicle. The steering wheel wasn't level while driving. The alignment wasn't properly done. I called within the 72 hour grace period and was told the car was safe, although one wheel couldn't be aligned fully. I was told it was 1/4 inch off! I was then accused of buyers remorse. They should have fixed this before it left the lot. They offered nothing! 6000 miles later, I find I am driving on a tire with the steel belt exposed! I could have been killed!!! Now both new tires on front end are ruined (about $500 each). They were legit hiding something. I called the manager to report and was told that I would hear from the owner. That was a week ago. I will find out what is really wrong with truck today when I take it to a proper alignment shop. I will be turning them in to the dealer board. All of this and I gave the salesman a signed Elway jersey. This is how they do business! Complete crooks!!!

I toggled between 4&5 stars and I landed on 5 (which is hard to do with me)and I will tell you why.I started out with BMotors over a month ago looking at one particular 5th wheel and after it had been listed that it had some things that worked it actually didnt but well my son was a used car dealer for many years and this was the reason I asked for it to be checked.I know how things work in used vehicles its not always obvious even to the dealerships. They could have sold me it as it was but they were 100% honest and said they needed to put me in another trailer.This is the most important aspect of a dealership really. You get what they are saying! This new 5th wheel is more then double the price but its more then worth it and I am satisfied with it They did good by me and in house financed me on top of it. Bret was amazing and answered every time I text him a question or concern. When I was ready to haul this giant 5th wheel for the very first time with a truck I just purchased they actually had their service guy (and another employee follow)drive about 6 miles with me to get me out of the city and show me how to make the turns and show me how to use the brake system on the trailer.This is above and beyond!! This Yall is a 5 star Dealership!!! I highly recommend Berkenkotter!! Go see Bret, Alen or Any of the Guys they eill hook you up!

Every person that I dealt with while purchasing my vehicle was top notch. They’re all super friendly and don’t give you that salesman vibe. Just true, down to earth people that just want to help and see you in a good vehicle!

Great experience, I purchased a used vehicle for my son and the process start to finish was very easy! I was able to search online, find inventory, text with the sales team regarding stock, they confirmed and I was able to come right in. They had the car ready to go! They honest and up from with the knowns and the unknowns about the vehicle and even had some great tips I hadn’t thought about for what if’s and to think about and to dos. The paperwork process was a breeze and I loved that Pickles the Pup sat next to me the entire time! I highly recommend this dealer, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

These guys were great from day one, they helped my son purchase his truck and assisted him with the financing piece. The follow up with the owner after the purchase was outstanding. We had an excellent experience working with Dan & Wade on the purchase of our new vehicle. The sales team helped us through the process and were incredibly patient. Call and ask about a truck , told us it was what we wanted! Drove 9hrs one way, got there and not even close to discrimination they said! Very much the opposite!
