About our dealership

San Diego County Acura drivers know that there's one auto dealer whose name has topped the list for the last 30 years. The Hoehn family has been in the auto business since Hoehn Motors was founded in 1928 by Theodore W. Hoehn. In 1938 the company which was headquartered in Memphis Tennessee was transferred to Theodore W. "Bill" Hoehn Junior. After moving to La Jolla California for a retirement that turned out to be short-lived Bill founded Hoehn Motors in 1975 in nearby Carlsbad. Bill's sons Bill and Bob now own the business. Nowadays the there is a fourth generation of Hoehn car dealers: Ted Jo Hannah and Susanah Hoehn.

Markups on type s

Came into look at the type son a weekend, and had a $15,000 markup. Manager would not negotiate elimating the markup on the integra type s.

Convenience

Staff is friendly and service is great. Facility doesn't represent what an Acura dealership should be. Not "upscale" at all. Looks like an economy car facility. However, was very satisfied when I purchased the car new and am happy with the service.

Pain Free Sales Experience

Rob, MIke and Di did a great job in assisting us. The process was fairly simple. Not a lot of stressful haggling. I defined what was necessary for us to make the deal and they said they could work with that. I did recommend them to my son and daughter-in law and they bought a couple weeks later.
