    The salesman I met was unprofessional. I wanted to trade my car in, they gave me a unreasonable price. The salesman, Phil, called me because I complained about the way I was treated. He was very rude and has very poor communication skills. I called his supervisor Tom and he did not care. Please read this review before going to Lindsay Acura, wait 30 minutes till someone would ask you what you need, stay there for hours playing games to sell you a car and if the deal is not done, you will get the worst treatment ever.

    Thank you ACURA for your amazing team!! This has been my third time with Acura and I will not go anywhere else. Karoline is a an awesome person. She means business. I really appreciate that. Charlie, Charlie, Charlie, you are a GREAT person inside and out. I would like to thank you for all you have done for me and my sons. I was so happy to walk out of Lindsay Acura with a 2017 ILX. I'm so happy with the car and the service I get from Acura. This is an AMAZING Team and I hope you guys continue the positivity. Thanks so much!!! I'll be back soon so that I can get my youngest son a car.

    Very poor customer service. I was in the dealer for 20 min walking around inside NO ONE said Hi, finally I had to go the one of managers offices to speak with anyone. To make matters worst salesman would not tell me what the car cost without filling out credit application. He felt insulted just asking what would the damn car cost. Stay away from them..

    Called ahead to test drive a 1 owner Ridgeline. They said it was spotless no rust and ready to go. Got there, Phil was extremely nice. Informed me that I wouldn't be able to drive it b/c the airbag recall hasn't been replaced yet. Decided to look at it anyway. The pictures were photoshopped. In person the hood had so many rock dings that were rusty I couldn't count them. The front left of the car was in an accident and the bumper was not replaced correctly, the seems were not lining up with large gaps. Spoke with the manager before I left and let him know why I wasn't satisfied. I told him about the bumper falling off and I was told that "well it has been sitting for a while on the lot". Are you kidding me, I better go check my car in the garage to make sure the bumper isn't falling off from sitting there. Also told him that I scheduled a test drive and it was a waste of time coming out when I wasn't even able to drive it, he said sorry the airbags were on back order. Really, then why is it even posted for sale? Who is going to buy a car you can't test drive. Besides the fact that I called ahead and made an appointment to drive it. I expect this kind of treatment from a used car corner lot shop not from an Acura dealership.

    I just had a great sales experience with Lindsay Acura. This was my third MDX purchase from Lindsay, and salesperson Mark Gibson did a great job answering all my questions and helping me to consider all the right options. Once my decision was made, he then facilitated quick preparation and had the car ready for pickup the next day. And even though he was scheduled off that day, he came in to walk me through setting up some of the features. I've also used Lindsay's service department for all required maintenance on the cars and am pleased with their customer service and quality of work.

    Mark Gibson was our sales person. He did a great job of presenting the car to us and explaining why we should choose the MDX. We had a great experience and will likely return for future purchases even though we live an hour away. We love our gently used MDX! Thanks Mark

    Called on a used car they have advertised, sales person said the car has a stop sale it due to recall and won't be ready for several months. Then sales person tried to get me to look at a new one. Why advertise a car that's not for sale. If I wanted a new one, I wouldn't get it from a dealer 250 miles away.

    I want to send Kudos to Logan at Lindsay Acura Service Center for his excellent customer service. When I showed up for a service appointment, I realized that due to an user entry error, my service appointment was scheduled for a future date. In spite of this, Logan was able to accommodate me and also arrange for a loaner car as they had to keep my car over the weekend for further diagnostics. Once the issue was diagnosed, Logan provided me with prompt updates and worked with the Sales Manager/Acura to cover all the repair expenses for free as this was a recent purchase. This was an expensive repair job and kudos to Lindsay for picking up the cost. Another reason why I only want to do business with Lindsay.
