We are deeply disappointed and advise you not to trust this dealer. We bought a used car from carfax at Don Carlton Acura of Tulsa. No damages were reported.... When we got the car (we had it shipped since we live out of state), there was over $1600 in damages - a deep scratch along the entire rear driver side door, four dents in the roof of the vehicle, places on the hood with no paint, a badly repaired scratch on the front bumper, and a scratch beneath the window along the back panel. We also just discovered that one of the headlights is burnt out ($42). When we contacted Don Carlton Acura of Tulsa repeatedly and forwarded them the estimate for repairs, they did not respond.
Tried to finance our vehicle off a lease and they didn’t have time for us. Never will buy another vehicle from them again. Financed our car elsewhere.... This was after being told to come back twice to them because first time their computers were down. Two wasted trips!
Was a great experience as soon as we walked into the showroon. Thomas helped us find the right car for us. We love our new Acura!

I cannot begin to say how disappointed we were with this dealership today. We traveled 2.5 hrs after making an appointment to see a very specific car (2016... Acura MDX Advance $35k). We did all of our prework with Katelynn and Brennan, to include financing lined up, to make sure we could come home with this car. We have very busy schedules. We were told it was detailed and certified since it was a newly received car. They sent pictures to us that DID NOT include the large scratch on the driver seat and a large fender scratch that had been painted over. The car was not detailed and dirty inside. I am in shock with the unprofessionalism and poor customer service that include completely wasting our time. There wasn’t even an apology from a manager. Out of town buyers beware.
My wife took her Acura in to get service and she said the whole staff was friendly and polite to her. Thank you for continuing to be our Acura dealer.

I contacted this dealership regarding a used car. The internet sales persons Kaylee was very helpful. Unfortunately from one day to the next the car was... sold before I was able to call back and discuss warranty options.
