Worth the drive! We purchased a FLEX with Bill Sutton. What a great guy; so friendly, genuine & humble. He even remembered our sons name. We live about 90 miles away & he was kind enough to get most of the process done via phone/email. We also worked with finance manager Casey Tatum who was fantastic. Bill & Casey made the car buying process easy & seamless. Entire staff is very friendly. If you are in the market for a new or used car, give Jacky Jones a try & ask for Bill Sutton!

Great, right up until they cashed my check!
Realized that the Certified Preowned vehicle I purchased had 2 worn out tires. I paid extra to have the car certified. Dealer basically dismissed my concerns and I paid my local tire shop for two new tires. No follow ups or calls from the dealer after my purchase concerning my concerns. Never too old to learn a new lesson I guess! My next car or truck purchase will not be here!

The best dealership experience
The experience here with fritz has been the best experience by far! I can not say enough good things about this company and dealership. Would definitely go back and would also recommend family and friends as well.
Very nice and professional
My wife and I have been looking for a new truck because a tree fell on both our cars and totaled them. A friend recommended Bill Sutton to use and said he had bought several vehicles for him. I was very happy with Bill, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease and not like some dealership that make you feel like your being rushed. I will definitely recommend Bill Sutton to friend and people at our campground. We where also very happy and satisfied with Casey in the loan department.
Stop playing games!
Saw a Toyota truck online with no price. Ad said call for price. I called. Spoke with Bob. He said he had to talk to his boss to get the price and wanted to call me back. I said no, I always get a ton of unwanted phone calls when I call a dealership, and that if he didn’t know the price I was going to move on. He said “thanks for calling” and that was it. Yet another car salesman who wants my number so they can call and bug the crap out if me. These types of dealers give me nightmares about buying a car. Seriously?!? You can’t just give me a price? I have awesome credit and I am ready to buy! All I wanted to know was the price UP FRONT so I wouldn’t waste my time if it was out of my price range! This dealer is 3 hours away from, so I am willing to drive but they wanted to play these silly “I don’t know the price of my inventory but I’ll call you right back” games. Why can’t these people just be upfront about their price? These old-school dealers are so freaking hard to deal with. Do they not understand that people don’t want to be jerked around and treated this way?

I asked for price and he said he had to ask his boss for the price and that he would call me back and wanted my number. I told him no, I had given my number out to salesmen and they bombarded me with phone calls and that he should know the price without asking his boss. All I wanted was the price! I told him that if he didn’t k ow the price I would just move along. He said “Thanks for calling.” Why is it so hard to deal with car dealers? I really appreciate the dealers who don’t okay slimy games like this. I have a 780 credit score and I am ready to buy. So tired d these types of salesmen who lie just to get tour phone number and bug the crap out of you.

Mr Russ was very straight forward with the price. He did not try to add in hidden fees, or try to pressure us to buy a car in anyway. Very easy to talk too, and get in touch with.
