meh..

I ended up paying more than KBB value for the car I purchased, but I know inventory is low in a lot of places due to COVID. Our sales guy Harvey was nice enough, but he pulled the same crap they do everywhere else (trying to raise the price we had already agreed upon, etc.) Having said that, I don't think these guys would knowingly sell someone a car with sawdust in the transmission, which is about as good as you can hope for from a used car dealer. Car shopping just sucks. We were allowed to opt out of a binding arbitration agreement, which I appreciated.

Wow great buy

I finally found a place worth my time. Very professional. The process was quick and easy once I found the car I wanted. I definitely will Recommend to anyone looking for honest , straight forward, professional staff. Also great selection of cars.

BEST DEALERSHIP

Zach was a BIG help the first car he showed me was a Nissan Altima 2020 and I LOVED IT as well as Tristan ! They were both very nice and patient I would recommend anyone who shops from this dealership to ask for Zach and or Tristan.

Buying a Used car

This company did a great job helping me get a car for my daughter. U do wish they did a better job social distancing and mask wearing during this time.

3.3

Made to feel unvalued

Took forever to get my key for my car. How do you let a customer that just bought a car leave with said car dirty?! Salesman was great but the behind the scenes has a lot to be desired. They sell mostly high end vehicles Range Rovers, Rolls Royce's etc. So I guess because I purchased an as is 2018 Chevy Cruze I wasn't important enough to have my car washed and cleaned!

New car purchase

Had a great experience purchasing my car: Dianne and the others were helpful, quick, and professional. I was able to take the car to my auto shop for as long as they needed to have it checked out.

First Car

This was my daughter’s first car purchase that she had saved for. We had a great experience in purchasing - Dianne was great to work with and very helpful. One of the lights was out and Tristan replaced on the spot.

Great for Now, Salesman Amazing

Was a little skeptical, after reading reviews, but after an exhausting 5 day process searching for a more reliable and bigger SUV, this was my last and final chance, and 3rd time was a charm, I found a great, well maintained 2012 4 4runner , the process was quick, customer service was at the level of an overpriced luxury car dealership, minus the begging. Zach was very attentive. Salesman. Buyers do your research! Check carfax, if possible bring a mechanic.....anywhere Thanks Eveyone!

A very shady, dishonest dealer- stay away

I test drove an SUV at Atlanta Auto Brokers. Having been employed by the manufacturer of the car, I was quickly able to determine the rear brakes/ tires needed replacing and the Tire Pressure Sensor (TPS) had been activated. I told the salesman I would buy the vehicle for the Internet price if they would address those things and allow my certified tech to inspect the car. The salesman said he would get back to me. I waited for a call, which came a week later. The tires, brakes and TPS had NOT been done and they weren't willing to do it OR lower the price. Basically, they were looking for a SUCKER to buy the car as is for full price. The salesmen aren't the problem. The shady manager, who cannot get a job at a legitimate car dealership, IS the problem. Don't waste your time with Atlanta Auto Brokers!

Worse dealer ever

Never go to this dealer.. They sale bad cars... I wish I can find me a layer to sue them.. Still working on this. They sold me a bad vehicle then promise to fix something that could not be fixed.
