They were quick to get my vehicle in for the scheduled recalls. They made my appointment and got me in and out in a timely manner. They also rescheduled me for a follow up on other recalls when the parts become available.

My experience there was superb.
My experience there was superb. It was my 1st time us Mac Haik Flowood and it definitely won't be my last. Customer service was exceptional, my wait time from the time I pulled in to the time I left was less than an hour. They vacuumed & washed my car. Everyone was nice and courteous. That alone, makes me want to come back and I definitely will! They have gained a new customer in me! There is a huge difference in customer service, wait time and the consideration of the customers in Mac Haik Flowood and Mac Haik Jackson. Mac Haik Flowood is a better dealership compared to the team and customer service, which makes a huge difference. Thanks Mac Haik Flowood for making my 1st experience a plus!
