Had a real pleasant experience with Terrance Mayberry, we bought a new Honda CRV... this is the best car buying experience that we have ever had. We have been in the Honda Family for over 30 years. We received exactly what we wanted, no hassle. I would recommend David McDavid Honda of Frisco for any of their car buying experiences.

It’s a waste putting in a review because nothing will

It’s a waste putting in a review because nothing will change. I purchase a new car 1 to every 2 years and I have purchased about 25 new cars from different manufacturers in many different states and found your dealership in whole is the worst dealer I have experienced. The people that answer the phone are rude and abrupt, the people that set up a service appointment are clueless. Your service staff don’t give a crap about any photos you show them of what was going on. My car was ready for pickup 3 hours before I could get there but I still had to wait 20 minutes before I got my car. Anytime I call and asked to speak to management or general manger of the dealership I get put on hold and no one ever picks up, or I get a manager will get back to you but they never do,, or the managers are not here or in a meeting. Your dealership is set up to burn and churn and you count on the Honda reliability to keep complaints low, so you really don’t give a xxxx about a complaint. I have plenty of time to put my experience on every site I can. I am tired of the poor customer service that plagues our society.

I had a great experience with Tyler Jordan.

I had a great experience with Tyler Jordan. I had several issues with my car and brought it the day before we were supposed to have inclement weather and also needed to leave in time to pick up my daughter from school. Tyler was so helpful and really made sure to address all the issues. He even provided me a loaner car so I could make it to my daughter's school on time for pick up since repairs would take longer than expected. He checked in with me regularly and gave me status updates on my car. I really appreciate his help. It was 5 star customer service!

I brought in my 2024 Honda Pilot TrailSport due to a

I brought in my 2024 Honda Pilot TrailSport due to a knocking sound at the front passenger side. Troubleshooting was quick and found the problem was the strut. Parts ordered and brought in my vehicle the following day. Wait time to perform the service was about 2 hours. Tim Tran was very helpful.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. I shopped online and purchased 2 new minivans for my work. I confirmed amounts due as I was paying via cashier's check, and did everything I could online before I arrived. I submitted all forms online to Nabeel Alghussain and my salesperson, James Brown. I scheduled an appointment to finish up paperwork and pick up the cars the next day. When I arrived, I waited more than 2.5 hours for the transactions to be done. I was told by the supervisor, Nabeel Alghussain, that it was taking so long because it was "my mistake to buy at the end of the year" and that they only had 5 people to do paperwork. I explained to him that I had done everything I could to make it a smooth transaction and reminded him that he, himself, had scheduled my appointment. He'd had more than 24 hours to get all documents completed for me to simply sign. James, also, did nothing other than talk with me on the phone/email to move the sale along. He got coffee, water and snacks while I waited to be serviced. I could see him avoiding returning back to his desk where I continued to wait. The dealership had a number of people simply milling around, but only a few people actually working to get people's deals completed. I went there for price on two minivans, but I would pay more elsewhere that values customers' time and works to make the experience positive. I did, immediately after my visit, reach out to the recommended female supervisor of the dealership the day after my visit, but wasn't contacted back. I explained, the day of my visit to Nabeel Alghussain that this was a terrible experience. He told me that I could go elsewhere. He then walked his statement back and said that my timing was the issue. I would NEVER return.

I have been taking my Honda to David McDavid Honda of Frisco for last 20 years. Excellent service done every time I brought my car here. My service advisor Timmy Tran is the best person to work with. He does take care of my vehicle issues with utmost courtesy with diligence.
