    This was the our first car and honestly speaking we got the best deal and the nicest experience from McDavid. Right from the Auto Consultant Jesse Thompson with whom we dealt as well as rest of the guys which simplified the process of getting the whole process done. Kudos Mcdavid Honda for having so much lively and helpful people on-board. We have already recommended you guy's to our Family, Friends and Relatives.

You need more hardworking individuals like Tim. Other areas of this dealership could use some work, but he makes each service process a delight. Thank you for your excellent service.

    I stopped by for an oil change last Friday since I received this amazing coupon in the mail. It was kind of busy and I was a bit confused as to where to go. I parked my 03 Accord in the service area and looked around, expecting to be greeted, but everyone seemed preoccupied. No worries. I went inside and asked a young man sitting at the desk near the parts department for help. He hooked me up with Tyler Anderson. Oh boy. This man looked at me with dashing brown eyes and a charming smile that would make a girl's heart melt. Oh right, the car and customer service stuff. Tyler was splendidly delightful to work with and very professional throughout the whole transaction. I knew it would be a while waiting, so I sat down and helped myself to some tea. This is probably the best waiting area I have ever been to. Tyler came over after checking my tires and recommended they get rotated, so we did that. Once my car was ready, Tyler came and found me. He went over a few things that he recommended for my car. Yeah, I know I need to get that oil leak looked at. I just could not justify the diagnostic fee (I drive a 2003 Honda Accord, I'm not exactly ballin). Yeah, I get it's better than a broken car in the long run. Maybe I should make like Nike and just do it. Tyler gave me my key and walked me out to my car. He told me they did not wash it since my tail lights were cracked and had a hole, and that washing it could be damaging. Yeah, I've backed her into a couple of poles, but you did not judge me. Thanks, Tyler. He even took it upon himself to wipe off the "NO WASH" writing that was on my window. How sweet. Tyler informed me of a survey I could take, but upon arriving home and looking through the paperwork and the website, I saw no such survey. Maybe he meant I could write a review? Anyway, if there is a survey, let me know. I would like for Tyler to receive recognition he deserves for delivering superior customer service from beginning to end, all with a smile on his face.

    Brought my 2012 Insight in for an oil change, and was told that I also needed a transmission service because the fluid was dark. The advisor showed me that the cost was $89.95. I agreed to the service. When I checked out, the cost was $113.95. I did not discover the difference until I got home. I called the advisor and the difference was explained that my Insight required CVT fluid, which cost more. That is not the time to tell me that the price I was quoted was incorrect. I'm sure it is a coincidence that the $25 cost of the CVT fluid, is the same as the $25 coupon I had for the oil change.

    I just completed the most difficult and complicated car purchase of my life. I want to acknowledge all of the people who obviously went over and beyond to help this elderly woman through it. Not to give away too many details, but this deal included several odd things. Salesmen Tyson and Anos were patient and provided support of "my" decision; not trying to sway me one way or another. Sales Manager Johnne was compassionate and thoughtful and gave me hope that things could be worked out. The finance team Tammy Chan and Ondra Calvert were professional and also went out of their way to help me understand the complexity of a vehicle contract. THE reason i come back over and over to David McDavid Honda is because of the outstanding service department - Buddy Mays, Matt Kail, Mike Myers and James Thomas. I owe them a debt of gratitude for all they have done over the years and kept my vehicle in prefect condition. I trust Mike Myers and the David McDavid Service Department. Thank you to the General Manager Sonia Heredia, I know that the culture of excellence comes from the top down.
