Great place to buy!! Fast and friendly environment.. Very knowledgeable great deal! We came way out our way and felt right at home. Everyone did all they could to make sure we got what we wanted for the price we needed!!

My trax left me in my trax one late evening at work and after towing and diagnostics MCM service dept. got me rollin down the highway . They delivered my trax back to me which is way above and beyond what i expected. I recommend this dealership for an awesome job and experience. 👍

Jeff is an excellent customer representative. He answered all my questions about the car. So if I decide on buying the car he will be the person that I will come back to deal with.

Mike was very easy to work with from the start. He was available to answer questions over the phone before we came to the dealership to look at the vehicle we were interested in. A lot of bigger dealerships won't even give you the time of day over the phone so it was refreshing to find someone willing to make sure it was worth our time and his as well. The buying experience was smooth, and even after taking ownership of the vehicle, Mike and the team at Magic City were willing to work with us on some small repairs that were needed even after we drove the vehicle off the lot. Magic City Motorcars might be a small "home town" type of dealership, but they went above and beyond what many of the "big name" dealerships in the area did.

Phone calls and emails are returned and / or replied to within a very timely manner. The purchase was so simple and quick unlike my other purchases and other dealerships around Akron & Canton. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Joe again.
