I saw f150 on the website and made inquiry about it. After exchanging text messaged with Allie from Bill Kay Ford about car, price, discounts and rebates... I agreed to think abut purchasing this truck. The next day I got the phone call from Bill Kay Ford. It was Charles GSM. He introduce himself and we schedule appointment for Saturday at 2 PM. I was a little bit early but they greeted me at the door. It was Charles himself and Dion Grace salesperson. Dion got the car ready for the test drive and Charles start working on the money numbers. In the meantime finance manager was advise that we working on the deal. The price was right, paperwork was half way ready, the fastest deal ever. Everybody was very friendly, Charles, Dion and Joe O'Neil finance manager. No hidden fees, no tricks. I live north suburbs and I have two ford dealership within 15 min drive but I'm glad that I drove 1h south to make the deal. Very Happy owner of new F150

I spoke to Amanda over the phone and told her what I was looking for. Charles called to introduce himself and confirm my needs and arrival time. I was... scheduled to arrive at 530p. As I was turning into parking lot Emanuel called and met me at the door. He immediately began to show me a vehicle (that I actually saw on the website). When I sat with Mark he thoroughly explained everything and I signed the paperwork. I was in/out in about 2 hours with my new vehicle. I will be referring others to you. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

From the time i called to get it serviced till i picked it up Tom was great i had a recall done a remote start added and he looked at a problem i had happen... to me but all was great,
I scheduled a 1230 oil change and by 145 my car had not even been started. I had many other errands to run that day and before I could even get upset the... manager was working to make it right. He offered to take care of my oil change this visit and when I said I can no longer waste more of my time to wait he offered me a loaner car to do my other errands AND offered to take care of my oil change the next time. I have been disappointed a few times in the past waiting over 2hrs for a scheduled oil change and this is the first time I felt someone cared to make me happy for their backed up schedule. I like to support local businesses which is why i keep coming back. Huge thank you to the manager. I think his name was Patrick.
